To complain about the waiter, we arrived at half past one, and after the check-in time, there are normally rooms available. When we arrived, the waiter drove us up and said that we could go straight up. It was done. We went up with our luggage, but the room hadn't even started to clean. On a hot day, we went down to ask, the front desk said she didn't know she hadn't cleaned it, and then ignored us. There is no apology, no way to deal with it. Later, I said a few words to find the manager, and she told the cleaning lady to speed up, and then took out the mineral water for us to drink. Really mad, this kind of service attitude! When I took a bath at night, I washed one person, and the water overflowed. Later, someone came to deal with it, and the guest room staff handled it in a timely manner. Anyway, I have stayed at the worst time and will never stay again. I also hope that the store will train the front desk more

The transportation is very convenient. The bus station of the subway station and the hotel is just a turn left. Tianyi Square and the Old Bund are only one stop away or ten minutes’ walk away. Ningbo Station is a half-hour subway; the rooms are small, but the facilities and sanitary conditions are quite good. Okay; breakfast is simpler, this time the check-in is great.

酒店靠近地鐵口，交通非常方便，前台小吳服務好熱情，全程微笑服務，大廳寬敞，環境優雅，設施齊全，服務周到，細節到位，房間衞生乾淨整潔，床品舒適，附近吃飯的地方很多，大堂風格高端，温馨大氣，入住體驗不錯，酒店前台每個人都會打招呼問好，感覺特別親切，入住到離店全程微笑服務，特別滿意，強烈推薦！

酒店設施齊全，位置特別好，周邊購物方便，環境不錯，大廳寬敞明亮，裝飾精美，大堂香薰味道很好聞，乾淨整潔，還有免費的茶水和現磨咖啡提供，非常滿意。前台服務員小吳態度禮貌友好，服務熱情，面對客人微笑甜美。客房衞生也很乾凈，打掃的很用心，服務也很及時周到，離地鐵1號線江廈錢站 A出口50米,出行便利，值得入住。

酒店位置優越，在地鐵口旁邊，房間很寬敞，前台小吳服務特別熱情，剛到酒店門口就熱情問候，都是笑臉相迎，大堂的香薰很香，聞着很舒服，辦理入住非常迅速，經驗豐富，處理事情也一流，入住時在前台添加了酒店的企業微信，有問題隨問隨答，非常有耐心，周圍吃喝玩樂應有盡有，房間温馨舒適，打掃衞生很細緻，房間乾淨清爽，性價比高，整體住的很舒心，下次還會再來，推薦大家入住，超級好。

每次去寧波玩，就鎖死這家店了，離地鐵站距離非常近，幾步路就到了，而且到天一廣場也步行就能到，哈哈哈哈哈，寶藏酒店已經推薦給小夥伴們了！

這是我每次來寧波都住的酒店。離地鐵站近，出行方便。工作人員也熱情温暖，還主動詢問房間樓層選擇。房間整潔明亮。每次入住體驗都是滿分。下次來，還是會住這裏。

設施和房間一般般吧，預期不要太高就行。 交通倒是很方便，在路邊，距離最近地鐵站步行3分鐘。
