房間很好,古色古香，尤其電視超大，孩子很喜歡，鏡子是觸摸式的碰一下就亮，機器人送拖鞋牙膏牙刷很驚喜，退房可以到下午2點，早餐也不錯有面餛飩西瓜等，我和孩子都很滿意，離寧波大學近，下次來寧波還住這裏。

1.最差就是衞生，我在這裏聯繫入住了4天，第三天晚上發現了一衹直徑大概5-8cm的蟑螂！還是會飛的！把我妻子和女兒嚇得要死！請問這樣的酒店環境怎麼讓人放心呢？
2.消防通道全是帶門禁的，單向通行，如果出去就回不來了。
3.酒店的續住衞生打掃，十分潦草和糊弄人，連地板都不清潔。衹是疊疊被子而已。
4.酒店房間內無任何智能設備。比較陳舊。入住發現浴室的支架和衞生間門吸都是壞的。
5.以上問題和酒店前台溝通後，酒店衹是表示加強加強消殺，並未做任何補償，失望至極。
總體來説，建議大家避開這個酒店，太坑了！

❗️❗️❗️❌❌❌避坑吧。本來是想所有的全部給一星，想想算了，沒必要，但是這應該也是近幾年最差的一次住宿，直接給我整了個double check in。這種重大事故，最讓人無語的點是，跟我説別的客人忘了是哪間房一直刷我的門刷不開，然後叫了工作人員，拿萬能房卡把我的門刷卡了，這不是搞笑嘛？我要是沒多個心眼子把門栓上了你還直接進來了就？當然還有更搞笑的，跟我説不好意思，給您送了兩瓶椰汁，不好意思我真的不缺你這兩瓶椰汁。自己多想想為什麼我會給你差評吧，就這？

垃圾酒店 陪高考生來附近紡織學院考試 比平時多了100多一夜就算了！
衞生間很臟 進門迎賓水都沒有（後來才知道我們房間沒有放！）我們是很晚到晚上十點鐘才入住的 這打掃衞生也太不負責了 還有就是我們去另外房間找人 打掃阿姨就各種問你們退房嗎 你們走了嗎？問了很多遍 住過那麼多酒店 大大小小 這個太差勁！垃圾服務！而且有個啥活動在各種亂哄哄 很吵！2022年新開的酒店這麼垃圾沒見過！

地理位置雖然不算非常優越，但是無論是硬件設定、服務態度、餐飲水平都可謂可圈可點。因為周圍都是學校，也沒有火爆商業區，酒店價格性價比非常高，早餐自助豐富美味新鮮。房間環境乾淨、安靜，支持攜程的會員福利，延遲退房很好。
