來吧。
1停車場進口雖然小的可愛但為什麼標識卻那麼不明顯？
2 進去前台沒人？
3天港這樣的酒店品牌前台服裝不需要統一的嗎？
4管防疫檢查的居然隊進門的住客嘰裏呱啦説著寧海話？天港衹接待本地人？
5隔音差是硬傷，隔壁房間住客老闆聊生意電話從晚上9.30到晚上11.30結束，我陪聊了2個小時。
6 酒店浴室裏麪的沐浴露居然用了瓷瓶來裝？這是推崇天港的品質呢還是根本不懂酒店管理？
7 洗澡時，按壓沐浴露沒有掌握好平衡，瓷瓶落地應聲而碎了一地，苦笑不已。
8第二天電話過來，酒店姑娘説：“你打破了沐浴露瓶要賠償”。我反問，打破的瓷片有沒有傷到客人您瞭解了嗎？為什麼沐浴露瓶掉地上人家酒店不會破，您家的卻會碎一地？洗澡本來就是很放鬆的一件事情，您讓戴眼鏡的住客洗澡時不拿掉眼鏡像理工男一樣嚴謹規矩工整？
幾十年的每個星期出差的我給您家零分，可惜了天港的品牌。
