Amanoi

We had the most amazing time at Amanoi. The Residence had an incredible pool, living areas were spacious and private. Perfect for family. But what impressed us the most was impeccable service and the attention to details - hair tie in the shower, frequent room tidying, swapping out pillows for my MIL without us even asking as they noticed she didn’t sleep on it. Nothing was amiss and nothing was too difficult and last minute for the team to handle. Shoutout to Tran and Tony who were super friendly, accomodating and helpful.

One of the best vacation I have!! This place is phenomenal, the scenery and the building structure is spectacular. This is a perfect piece of artwork from the well known designer Jean-Michel Gathy. I love everything, including every little small details about this getaway and highly recommend this place when you visit Vietnam.

We stayed at Amanoi for 9 days and 10 nights, and our stay could not possibly have been better. The beauty of this location is impossible to capture in photos and far exceeded any of our expectations, and the only aspect of the experience better than the location is the staff. They are truly kind and very hard-working. They are also so enthusiastic for you to be able to experience everything Amanoi, the local towns and environment and Vietnam have to offer. They think of absolutely anything and everything you could possibly want or need, they are on standby with any information you could request, and the attention to detail is just unrivaled. This clearly starts with the GM, who is absolutely lovely, and is reflected in the culture of the team, from those who attend to the pavilions, to those who work in the restaurant, the activities teams, the spa staff, and all others - who all work together seamlessly. We have to mention Ms.Trang, who helped us with getting a few local artisan-made items, Nhi who helped us plan our week, and My/Michael, who took us on most of our activities - he is intent on making sure you are always very well-fed (so much food!), getting to see everything there is to see, and enjoying every moment. We would mention everyone else here individually too, if we could. We also have to mention the food. There were mixed reviews online, and our expectations were low. Howevery, we had some of the best food we have experienced at this hotel (and this trip followed our wedding at a Michelin star restaurant). Aside from breakfast and the Gazpacho, we ate mostly the Vietnamese dishes, and the meals were phenomenal. We also enjoyed the Japanese dinner (visiting chef from Japan during our stay). We also had the chance to meet and talk to the chef, who is awesome. In sum, what an amazing place and an amazing team. (I hope Joy will share our thanks with everyone!) We can’t recommend Amanoi more - stay at the hotel, do all of the activities you can, eat all of the food, try all of the spa treatments you have time for, and also take a private pilates class (which was as awesome as everything else)!! Thank you Amanoi for an amazing honeymoon!

Above the rest and extra mile hospitality from Amanoi! This Aman property is blessed to have these people Nhi, Vy, Lam, Anh, Truck, Han, Hieu, Ubai, Oriane and Trinh. They were warm, genuine and kindhearted. The view of Amanoi is breathtaking. Amenities were all great. Overall, our experience is rated 10/10. Keep it up Aman Team!!!
