Hotel com excelente localização, atendimento muito bom desde à recepção, serviço de Room service e serviço de limpeza. O quarto com ótimo custo benefício, único porém foi a disponibilidade de vagas de estacionamento ( mas a equipe foi atenciosa e nos arrumou uma vaga para o pernoite do carro).
Se tiver outro evento em Niterói, eu vou querer repetir essa escolha.
Comida foi farta e saborosa. Quarto com janelas anti ruído e cama king.
Recomendo, com certeza

The hotel stuff was very friendly and amazing (in special Marcela). Very clean, amazing breakfast and the hotel location is great! You can just walk to beach, restaurants e grocery store. I will definitely come back

Hotel não faz jus a ser um 4 estrelas. Paguei por um quarto de luxo, onde a banheira de hidromassagem era o próprio box, o qual não pode utilizar, pois ao ligar a hidromassagem, saiu um monte de sujeira. Bastante insatisfeito com a estadia.

Ficamos de Sabado dia 18/11 para Domingo. O quarto e o cafe da manhã atenderam bem, mas o hotel deixou a desejar. No Sabado, com a forte chuva, ficamos quase 2hrs sem luz e o hotel nao tinha gerador. Ligamos pra recepcão, eles informaram que tinha gerador sim e estavam tentando identificar pq nao funcionava.
O hotel tem 2 elevadores e depois do temporal apenas 1 ficou em funcionamento, entao, no dia seguinte, para o check-out, após 20min tentando descer do 7o andar, optamos em descer pelas escadas (outros hospedes fizeram o mesmo).
Por fim, o apto apresentava um vazamento no chao do banheiro (comunicamos na recepção).
