Дорогие гости Н. Новгорода, хочу поделиться с вами впечатлением о проживании в гостинице "Волна"на Рождественской 28а. Плюсы: расположение. Минусы. Не работают с платформами по предварительному бронированию. Забронировали номер в этой гостинице, приехали, а о нас и не слышали, хотя бронь подтвердили, ждали 20'пока выяснят, заселили и началось. Номер маленький, шкафа нет, весят вешалки, сан узел мизерный и запах, воды горячей сразу не ждите, нужно сливать минут 15. Есть стол и холодильник, но тебе ни чая, кофе, сахара, салфеток. Бельё серое, не понятно поменяли или нет. Один ещё плюс, как выяснилось позже ,это 3 этаж и вид на церковь. Обьясню почему. Через неделю опять приехали в эту гостиницу, выбрала её т. к. Организация куда приехали рядом. Ситуация повторилась, нас ни кто не ждёт, теперь выясняли 30'. Все-таки выясняли, бухгалтер не оповестил о нашем приезде. Дали два номера на 2 этаже. У меня был люкс??? у коллеги стандарт. Описываю люкс?!! Большая комната, две кровати :двухспальная и односпальная, стол и два кресла, шкафа опять нет, только вешалки. Холодильник, телевизор. На весь номер 3 розетки,телефон не зарядить. Сан узел большой но с запахом. Вечером решила посидеть в кресле, отодвинула от стены, а там паутина и мусор. В ОБЩЕМ ЛЮКС. Но самое главное, это маленькое окно 50/50, без москитной сетки и на уровни земли, даже Не откроешь, всю ночь спала под кондиционером. Види из окна нет. И за это 3800. У коллеги ещё круче, всё тоже самое, но при этом такой маленький сан узел ,что для того чтобы умыться нужно раскорячиться перед унитазом, раковина такая маленькая, что не умыться, всё на ноги попадает. Да забыла сказать матрасы ужас, всё промяты. И его номер стоил 3600 Цены как 4 звезды, а по факту и на 2 не тянут. Забыла ещё рассказать, во второй раз, мы жили с гастарбайтерами, у них правда отдельное помещение, но готовят они у себя, в, комнатах, запах и музыка восточная на весь этаж. Я не против, но не за 3800. Документов не дают, принтер не работал каждый, раз.. Я поняла что расположение не главное, главное комфорт и цена. Не рекомендую, будет разочарование.
