Rooi Santo Residence

They never mop the floor or dust cleaning, no bathrooms exhaust vents, the kitchen vent doesn’t blow air out. All you do stay in. I had my house shoe through away after couple days, because they never mopped the floor. It is look clean but very dirty. Catch, under bathroom sink, very dirty, no one to let you into the apar**ent. I was there for 2 hours and sent messages and called. No one never got back to me until I left. After 2 hours waiting I just searched the apar**ent and found 2 opened and I took the one that matched my requirements. A tv is in a box that very difficult to watch. It is not recommended to no one. The pillow smells sweet, etc… I have pictures, but I don’t know if you will give me the access to post them.

Every time I travel to Aruba , I try to book with Rooi Santo. Apar**ent I rent is big, has well equipped kitchen,huge bed, is walking distance from the beach. There is a little store 1 min walk and Superoods 5 min drive. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate.

The property managers were very responsive and helpful.

We liked the appartement but the washer dryer was not installed and no safe in the room. We packed light because we were expecting laundry appliances. They did offer to clean our clothes after we complained. In the end it was not enough and the linens were changed only once during the 10 day stay. Besides this we did enjoy our stay in Aruba but this property needs to be better managed.
