A nice family run hotel where i was made to feel very welcome. I was over for work nearby for almost 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Work started early ( before breakfast hours ) but the hotel were happy to make up breakfast "packs" to take to work everyday which was a nice touch. I enjoyed socialising with the family and staff in the evenings , i even ended up buying some of their very own wine ! Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special shout must go tothe lovely Erica who was extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. Always happy to pour our drinks or take care of any laundry orders etc. nothing was to much trouble for this lovely kind person who really helped so much to make us all feel welcome. If work takes me back to italy i would not hesitate to stay here again.

I travelled to Novara from Scotland for work at a nearby refinery. We stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 weeks. We had 18 people stay for work and the hotel was very nice inside, comfortable rooms and a very good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel went over and above in catering to our needs and provided us with lunch packs for work and also took good care of our team members who were working nightshift. The family who run the hotel looked after us very very well and made our stay very confortable. Can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well and I highly recommend anyone who stays in Novara to stay in this hotel. The hotel is also a short walk to the city centre where there is everything you need from bars. Restaurants and the main tourist spots. If I ever come back to the area the hotel europa will be my first place to call and I look forward to staying here in the future. Well done to all the family and staff at this amazing hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming family-run hotel in Italy, where I received warm and welcoming hospitality from the staff. While the hotel may not have the amenities of a larger, 4-star establishment, it more than made up for it with its personal touch and authentic atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a more intimate and personalized experience.

As a business / solo traveler staying for almost 3 weeks, Hotel Europa definitely the top choice in Novara, given the proximity to transport/train and in a good secured area. Staffs are professional, attentive and always goes out of way to assist. Breakfast spread is good and even able to taste some home baked cakes. Room is clean - daily housekeeping did a great job! A hotel that does care for the well beings of the traveler and definitely a plus point which getting difficult to see such personal touch in most hotels now. Definitely a returning customer when visiting Novara on my next trip!!

We booked into the Europa at literally two hours notice after our pre-arranged booking at another hotel nearby fell through just before we arrived. We had actually stayed a couple of times at the Europa about 10 years before and had been more than happy with the service.Since then the rooms have been refurbished with lovely bathrooms, excellent tv and wifi. Then as now the rooms are spotlessly clean with comfy beds and fresh linen. Lucia was as efficient as ever and all other staff members most attentive. Well worth a stay even if visiting Milan - only 40 minutes away by very frequent trains - and from there the whole of the region is at your disposal. Novara itself is a gem - a lovely smaller city with everything you could ask for.

I enjoyed my two nights at the Europa very much. The staff was extremely helpful as I was non-Italian speaking guest. Even though I was in Novara for business, they gave me directions to all the sights in the city. I was able to see a few and will see more my next trip there. One night I had a wonderful piadina and wine. It was a very easy place to be and I will stay there again when I return.

Well managed and smart family run hotel near the centre of town. Attentive and helpful staff, lovely breakfast served a little earlier for us as we had to be on our way. Room immaculate and comfortable. Just how things should be.

Escaping from the Hotel Tornielli (already reviewed by me), on the advice of a friend who lives in Novara, I went to the Hotel Europa. I must say that rarely has my hotel choice been so lucky! The Hotel Europa is beautiful and elegant. The spaces in the hall, corridors and rooms are large. The room where breakfast is served is a beautiful and large rectangular room, with tables well spaced between each other. The entire hotel is embellished with statues, paintings and bas-reliefs. The rooms are beautiful, well furnished and soundproofed. I have been to this beautiful hotel twice and, the first time, I was in a room on the first floor. But I didn't hear the slightest noise. The rooms I stayed in had a large flat screen television. When I'm in a hotel I never have the time or desire to watch television, but those who do will appreciate the ones in the rooms of this hotel. The breakfast is decidedly rich; and not only for the majority who prefer sweet things, but also for that minority (of which I am part) who prefer savory foods. This is one of those rare hotels which also make raw ham available to their guests for breakfast (which, moreover, is a high quality raw ham). The small bar, between the hall and the breakfast room, is open 24 hours a day (in the sense that those at reception are always available to meet the requests of those who want a drink or refreshments). The hotel is also in an excellent location; you can reach the city center by walking along Corso Cavallotti in a few minutes. Last but not least, I would like to underline the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the owner and all the staff. When they saw that I had set up in the hall to do some work on the computer, and had placed the computer on a coffee table, therefore low, they made a room available to me on the first floor, equipped with regular work tables. I have a list of hotels, in Italy and abroad, which are my favorites and which I always like to go to (the Santa Lucia in Naples; the Swan in Bedford; the Melia Costa del Sol in Torremolinos; the Eros Shangri La in Delhi; the Renaissance (West Wing) in Kuala Lumpur; the Nexus Karambunai near Kota Kinabalu). Now, I have added Novara's Europe to this list.
