Room was clean with good shower, quite small but at least with a small refigerator. The aircondition was not easy to adjust but ok. Breakfast only until 09.30 and a very small selection, but own closed parking area with direct access to hotel

Aldilà della struttura ormai fatiscente, purtroppo abbiamo trovato la camera molto sporca. Ma davvero TANTO sporca. Batuffoli di polvere ovunque, doccia e muri con muffa nera. Capelli di chissà quanti altri ospiti nello scarico della doccia, saponette usate da altri ospiti nella doccia. Scarico del lavandino otturato. Infissi che cadono a pezzi, termosifone del bagno che si sgretola. Mi dispiace molto doverlo dire ma sconsiglio vivamente di scegliere questa struttura. La colazione è stata la peggiore che ho visto in vita mia. Non mi ritengo chissà chi ma avendo viaggiato parecchio mi permetto di dirlo. Nella patria del cibo, quella colazione era scabrosa. Nel complesso quando abbiamo fatto presente al personale determinati problemi hanno cercato in tutti modi per quanto fosse in loro possibilità di risolvere. La camera è stata pulita o almeno è passato qualcuno a cercare di pulirla, e gli scarichi sono stati otturati. Purtroppo per quanto ce la possano mettere, la struttura è in carenza di personale e ciò si vede chiaramente. Come ciliegina sulla torta al nostro check out c’era in atto una discussione accesa tra il personale. Sono del parere che indipendentemente dal problema che c’è non si debba discutere davanti ai clienti. In ogni caso questo è l’ultimo dei loro problemi. Non torneremo mai più.

I muri sono rivestiti di legno e tessuti damascati... purtroppo pecca pulizia nelle stanze sotto a letto c'era polvere, le tende macchiate, il bagno in ordine ma datato, nei corridoi moquette da sostituire... basterebbe una rinfrescata generale, rivedere le toilette delle stanze per far rinascere questo albergo stile ” d'essai”... un plauso va ai dipendenti del servizio colazione ultra rapido con prodotti medio buoni... occorrerebbe investire per la sera con un pianista per rendere le serate novaresi più allegre e spensierate. I travelled to Novara from Scotland for work at a nearby refinery. We stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 weeks. We had 18 people stay for work and the hotel was very nice inside, comfortable rooms and a very good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel went over and above in catering to our needs and provided us with lunch packs for work and also took good care of our team members who were working nightshift. The family who run the hotel looked after us very very well and made our stay very confortable. Can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well and I highly recommend anyone who stays in Novara to stay in this hotel. The hotel is also a short walk to the city centre where there is everything you need from bars. Restaurants and the main tourist spots. If I ever come back to the area the hotel europa will be my first place to call and I look forward to staying here in the future. Well done to all the family and staff at this amazing hotel.

I travelled to Novara from Scotland for work at a nearby refinery. We stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 weeks. We had 18 people stay for work and the hotel was very nice inside, comfortable rooms and a very good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel went over and above in catering to our needs and provided us with lunch packs for work and also took good care of our team members who were working nightshift. The family who run the hotel looked after us very very well and made our stay very confortable. Can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well and I highly recommend anyone who stays in Novara to stay in this hotel. The hotel is also a short walk to the city centre where there is everything you need from bars. Restaurants and the main tourist spots. If I ever come back to the area the hotel europa will be my first place to call and I look forward to staying here in the future. Well done to all the family and staff at this amazing hotel.

Purtroppo per quanto ce la possano mettere, la struttura è in carenza di personale e ciò si vede chiaramente. Come ciliegina sulla torta al nostro check out c’era in atto una discussione accesa tra il personale. Sono del parere che indipendentemente dal problema che c’è non si debba discutere davanti ai clienti. In ogni caso questo è l’ultimo dei loro problemi. Non torneremo mai più.
