But never in my life have I encountered such horror in which I found myself in the Royal Hotel in Novokuznek. To begin with, having chosen a junior suite and looking at its content on the site, it was not clear to me where the empty room was, to my objections, they told me that the manager or the owner would contact me, and so 3 days passed, first they lost my number, then forgot, etc. In view of a very busy work schedule, I put aside attempts to independently contact, so to speak, the managers of this hole, unfortunately, the room was already paid for a week in advance due to the proximity to the place of work and decided to just survive the weekend, test it out and move to another hotel on Monday, but at night the situation just became critical. some kind of disco started in the next room, mixed with an orgy, attempts to find a girl at the reception were unsuccessful, and even at first I thought that she was also participating there, then she turned out to be sleeping in another room, I tried to calm the neighbors, but this was unsuccessful after every request not to everything started to make noise in a new way and to understand the walls in the hotel are thinner than a sheet of cardboard. In the morning, when trying to leave the money for the remaining two days, they refused to refund me, they gave a statement and said write, maybe we will return it. Приехали по работе в г. Новокузнецк остановились а отеле Royal. Встретили нас с улыбкой,персонал вежливый . Дали ключи , проводили до номера , мы с дороги были уставшие , темнее менее предложили чай кофе в номер. Номер был после ремонта , как нам сказали ремонт был сделан недели две назад . Очень чисто, уютно и комфортно . Завтраки были вкусные , как дома . Месторасположение в самом центре города .

Это просто ужас! С таким-то помпезным названием и такие убогие номера... 4 звезды? Серьезно?! и одной много! Нам нужно было всего одну ночь. Честно, если бы хотя бы две, я бы сразу выселилась и попросила возврат денег. Номер обошел нам в 3850 руб. Метраж номера - крохотный, зашел и сразу лег. Буквально в 20 см от входной двери уже кровать. Обои в пятнах, шторы грязные, окна и того хуже, полотенца серые, душевая кабина течет, питьевой воды нет, вместо нее предложен кувшин-фильтр, в который нужно заливать воду из под крана. Не известно, сколько тот фильтр не меняли, а сам кувшин не мыли. Шкаф, хотя нет, судя по размерам шкафчик с одной дверцей. Завтрак не предложили и даже не рассказали, что он может быть. В номер не проводили, небрежно махнув рукой по направлению коридора и буркнув, что номер 5. Стакан в номер один, стул один, холодильника - мини-бара нет, чай-кофе, тоже отсутствуют. Жара неимоверная просто! Духота. Из плюсов - дали душевой набор и одноразовые тапочки. Никому не рекомендую!!!
