Kaila City Hotel

Location really good, private part of the beach. All rooms have a small balcony, huge shower and plenty of storage space. Waiting staff are extremely hard working and very friendly. Good selection of food. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room

Kaila hotel was very nice place to stay. All the staff were amazing, the bar/waiter staff especially. However, all the staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very professional, they all just wanted you to have a nice experience. The food was nice (I went all-inclusive) and I consider myself a fussy eater. There was always something I wanted to eat, so dining was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were spotless, very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The only issue was the swimming pool was closed, however it was for cleaning and repairs. Not a major issue as the beach was just a few mins away. Great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ps someone did mention there were a lot of cats, there were a few but they never bothered me.

This was our first visit to Turkey. Definitely won't be the last. We weren't actually supposed to be staying at this hotel but were told we had to take because ours wasn't available. No reason given. But, I can't really complain about anything. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and polite. Please and thankyou go a long way! They brought us drinks and anything else we asked for. I wish I could remember their names but I can't. But the older gentleman who was always there afternoon/evening especially needs a mention. He was absolutely lovely and gave us some chillies. Food was lovely. As pointed out, not totally geared to the English but let's be fair, we were in Turkey! What do people expect? The Turkish kebab night was amazing. There was always something to eat and everything was cooked well and delicious. We were put on the 6th (top) floor and were glad we did. The rooms up there are twice the size of the other rooms as are the balconies. Wonderful views from up there too. Would highly recommend asking for a room on the 6th floor. No issues with the lifts either. Pool area was a bit smaller than I'm used to but perfectly adequate. Saying that, we were there at the end of November and it wasn't majorly busy. The pool bar was great and always manned. If nobody was there, there was always someone keeping an eye out and they would pop up very quickly. Drinks were absolutely fine. The hotel is in a great location. 5 mins from the beach and in the middle of shops all around. Most of the shops take turkish lira, euros or English pounds. I would recommend taking euros tbh. Most seemed to prefer this. We didn't book any excursions but we did go to the harbour and booked a pirate boat trip. Absolutely fabulous and the cheapest boat trip ever. Nearly 5 hours, diving stops, free soft drinks and lunch for 15 euros each! If you want to do a boat trip, Definitely go to the harbour and haggle! Our trip started at 25 euros and it went down the further down we walked. The guys are not too pushy and are friendly. Also had a massage and foam bath at the hotel. Highly recommend this, especially the foam bath if you never had one before. WiFi was free and excellent throughout the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing banyan the manager was very very fair with the noise but what an amazing customer service and there is nothing more I couldn’t think of a better hotel to come to, comfy beds, amazing refreshments, food, good entertainment, most of all they see you as family not residents couldn’t praise the manager “banuhan” enough 100% only fault is couldn’t find an iron 😂

Bardzo dobry hotel! Na pewno tu wrócę, cudowna obsługa hotelowa, każdy bardzo pomocny i zawsze można liczyć na wsparcie Jedzenie bardzo dobre i różnorodne Fajna atmosfera, pokoje bardzo zadbane. Pogoda gwarantowana, blisko hotelu jest dużo różnych sklepów i apteka Polecam każdemu!

We had a lovely stay. Very attentive staff, comfortable room and food good. Only negative feedback is that the shower continually leaked on to the bathroom floor when used and both my daughters slipped and fell .

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The room was really pretty and spacious, and the food & drinks were really good. The pool was really good, big, and the water wasn't too cold, and let's not forget about the amazing water slide! The workers were so kind, especially the girl Melis at the reception was so so kind, always smiling and just a really kind girl:) and the security guard Ali was also really kind and, he made us feel really safe. Overall the hotel is absolutely 10/10, definitely recommend!!!
