Besttime Hotel Boppard

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. It started at check-in. We had to wait a long time and the check-in took a very long time. The whole hotel is very noisy, there is a highway and a train line directly behind the door and also in front of the rooms. Even late in the evening it feels and sounds as if the trains are literally driving through the room... Unfortunately, we couldn't leave the window open at night. The worst thing was the lack of cleanliness! We had a cut toenail on the bathroom floor. There was also a hair in the sink and the floor was dirty everywhere. You could have had the feeling that the floor hadn't been cleaned at all... Our room was very stuffy - there was no air conditioning or ventilation, just a normal fan, which unfortunately didn't provide any cooling. Our room was very simple and quite primitively furnished. In the bathroom, there was no other storage space except above the toilet. It also took quite a long time for the water to finally heat up. We will definitely never come here again and can't really recommend this hotel! I've never been in such a bad hotel before! Addition: We booked the hotel through a booking platform. After more than half a year, we have now received a payment reminder, although we had already paid the amount before arrival as usual. The amount in the reminder cannot be explained at all and the hotel has not yet responded to further inquiries and requests to check whether the payment had been received.

Great hotel, near Boppard, within walking distance. Easily accessible by train too. Unfortunately, the hotel was not very attractive, and we especially found the lack of a nice bar or lounge area a shame. The staff was super-helpful and friendly! Beautiful room with terrace on the Rhine. One downside: the hotel was almost empty and they just started cleaning the room next to us at 7:15 am! That could easily have been done at a later date. If you like a decent hotel, this is the place for you for a few days.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little far from the station and there aren't many places to shop nearby, but I would still like to use it again.

Nothing to say, I couldn't take advantage of it because my trip was delayed and there was no one at reception to give me a room. I had to find another hotel in the evening.

Parking at the hotel was a disaster. Waiting time was far too long even though the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service in the hotel was zero. Elevator broken (4th floor) which is a relief 😖. Breakfast not recommended. Room OK, cleanliness OK. Location 1.2 km to public transport

Hotel well located facing the Rhine, quiet (the busy road is on the other side of the rooms). Access to town on foot via a pleasant little walk. Parking a little tight when there are a lot of customers. Clean and comfortable room, like the bathroom (although the bathroom is a little small). Average reception, long and not necessarily available. the staff does not necessarily speak German...! even less French Breakfast to improve... average quality, little choice (one jam in a plastic pot, no fruit apart from large apples, simple cold meats, small buffet, not fresh orange juice, not enough staff. the poorly maintained terrace facing the Rhine For the price, we need a better breakfast and a better welcome. Still correct

We received a friendly welcome, the rooms are renovated and neat but very basic. Our room had a really beautiful view over the water. The breakfast was very basic, which in itself is not a bad thing, but we were expected to clear our dishes ourselves after breakfast and we both thought that was strange and a shame.
