"Horrible service. Checked in only to come back later as the lights and electricity went off Turns out that the front desk did not register me correctly. No F&B on Sundays so had to walk for 20 minutes to get dinner - was told it would be 8 minutes. On Monday, the restaurant opens at 7pm. They had a massive group with only 2 wait staff! I was made to sit in the restaurant while no one would even acknowledge me. Had to leave and survive the evening on chips and peanuts! The bed is so uncomfortable that I woke up with sore pains. No hand soap in the bathroom. Please do NOT stay here!!"
