Very dirty, you can tell they don't thoroughly clean at all. There was mold around the edges of the sink and everything is rusted. The floor was not vacuumed, the only clean things were the towels and the sheets.

The Area was quiet and had easy access to restaurants. Parking was good and it seemed to be in a safe enough area.

Reserved room for 2 nights and asked to be able to check out one night early due to weather coming in and head home early. Was there for family funeral. Was told they would charge me for night anyway so we stayed. Front desk was rude and not helpful.

The hotel was decent enough, but there was a lot of false advertising. The website stated there were cribs/bassinets available. We were driving from Tucson so i tried to contact the hotel to confirm there would be a crib for us. I called At least 10 times. Nobody ever answered my phone call. Upon checking in, i asked If there was a crib available. The girl at the front desk said they didn’t have any cribs at that hotel at all. She did go look for me and then came back and said the ONE pack n play that they had was broken. Okay fine, no problem. We get into our room, and it’s not the room i booked. The room i booked Was supposed to be a suite with a separate living room area with a couch. The room we got was just one big room with no couch. This didn’t work because we have 3 kids. They did move us to a room with 2 beds, but that’s not what i booked Or paid for. Overall not satisfied with the entire experience. The front desk girls were nice though.
