Kirman Arycanda de Luxe

We went as a family of four with two kids, aged 11 and 14. We were very lucky with the weather most days 30°, and still warm enough in the evenings to sit out in T-shirts. The sea was lovely and warm and we took goggles so you could see lots of fish not far from the beach. The hotel is fantastic, although absolutely huge there are lots of staff who were all very attentive. The food was mostly amazing. There is plenty of variety every night with a different theme. We used our free ticket for the a la carte restaurants one evening, but to be fair there isn’t much choice so would’ve preferred the buffet anyway. The photos of waterslides are actually of the neighbouring hotel, but they seemed to be linked and we used them every day without any trouble. Being end of season, there were a couple of other a la carte restaurants that were closed, but we didn’t know what we were missing, so it was no problem. All of the waiting staff were amazing, but we have to make special mention of Ugur who was incredibly attentive and worked unbelievably hard. The rooms were spotless thanks to the cleaning staff who deserve a mention as well. The only thing stopping this hotel being five-star is the quality of drinks as with most all-inclusive. These were very hit and miss. There are three or four different bars around the hotel with mostly the same menu of drinks, but we very rarely had two that tasted the same, and There are some peculiar flavours that you can’t quite put your finger on. We walked the short distance to the nearby bazaar, but wouldn’t particular recommend it unless you just want cheap counterfeit clothes. One excursion that was worthwhile was a three in one white water rafting, buggy ride and zip line about an hour minivan drive away organised through Tripadvisor . There really isn’t anywhere else nearby as far as we can tell that you would want to walk to or get a taxi, but for a week in the Sun with everything looked after for you we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kirman Arycanda for 11 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were so friendly, and the territory of the hotel is so nice and clean. Ala Carte restaurant is one of the best restaurants that we have tried in Alanya. Our special thanks is to chef Gurhan for making our food very delicious!

A luxurious , classy hotel with comfort, fun , good food and most importantly excellence in customer service was experienced from reception staff to our concierge assistant to everyone at restaurant, poolside and fitness areas. Everyone is at hand to ensure that families are catered for and have the best experience at the hotel. Our special thanks goes to Suleiman our concierge advisor / assistant who not only provided us with thorough explanation of all the facilities we can enjoy, he added free massage vouchers and even included a wonderful Japanese restaurant experience which usually would have incurred additional expense. He would always check in with us to make sure we are comfortable and having a great holiday experience. Reception staff were courteous and ever so helpful. Special thanks to Maria and Duygu Diker reception chief for upgrading our room, checking in regarding our airport transfer and general help overall. Thanyou also to the manager who was happy to extend our checkout time even without asking. What a wonderful team !! This is certainly a hotel that I would 100% recommend to all my families and friends. The evening shows keeps all families entertained proving a variety of shows from stunts to danceshows. Thankyou also to the lovely fitness instructors whose fitness activities I enjoyed everyday with my daughter doing Trx training, trampoline, fitness training, Zumba etc. Both Kasia and Meriam were superb !!! Certainly a beautiful stay to remember and we would be recommending to all!!

We enjoyed our time it was a really nice and a clean and really sweet and nice staff especially (derya,nizamet,farhan, mustafa ,and mr. Suleymen) they were really helpful and made us feel at home clean rooms and and good food and really great activities you wont be bored.

Very nice clean hotel, the staff is very welcoming our guest suleyman eroğlu is very friendly and helpful. We loved the environment and hospitality, it is a very very clean hotel. I love how there is multiple different activities for all ages

Wonderful place, wonderful people. the highest standard of service. delicious food, great animations, beautiful chillout zones, this place deserves 5. Everything in this hotel is perfect. the best hotel I have been to in Turkey. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in luxurious conditions

We've holidayed in Turkey on many occasions and this hotel stacks up with the best of them. A bit smaller than other hotels, but it has enough to keep us entertained and fulfilled for the ten night stay. The staff are super friendly and attentive and and no point did we feel like we weren't being attended to. Special thanks to Ugur who is one of the serving staff in the restaurants and he always went the extra mile to make sure we were seated and well watered and always took the time out to have a joke and a laugh with our young son.Ugur is a real credit to this hotel
