Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Thanks very much for my perfect stay and see you very soon. Especially thanks to Davide, I'm very looking forward to have some more time with you to talk. Thanks a lot!

Modern hotel on hillside overlooking lake with amazing views from rooms and restaurant areas. Rooms are quite large and baths are adequate if uninspired. Housekeeping and maintenance in general could be improved. Housekeeping would only provide one small roll of toilet paper per day although helpful front desk would provide more if you ask. Stained carpets in hallways, missed dust throughout the hotel and bugs in the rooms. AC failed the second day but was fixed quickly. Dinner in hotel was excellent. Nice breakfast buffet although eggs were ice cold the first day and juices seem to be watered down. Stay for the view if you are willing to overlook a few things.

If you do to Lake Como stay in LECCO. I loved this town. It is on the right arm of the Y on lake como. The town isn't touristy and that is what I loved. The only downside was the heat. It was the hottest week in July with temps well over 95 everyday. We had a JR Suite and it was clean and served it purpose. The breakfast was amazing. Those eggs! The only thing was the a/c wasn't that good but I do understand the temps were not normal so I am not holding that against them. Go to this city it is authentic, not touristy and absolutely beautiful!

siamo da oltre 10 anni assidui frequentatori di questo hotel , purtroppo ci consta affermare che negli ultimi 5 anni ha avuto una decadenza verticale che presto lo assimilera' piu' ad un 3 stelle che al 4 attuale . Facciamo preghiera' al signor De Lorenzo che ne e' responsabile , affinche' inizi una efficace ristrutturazione e imposti una necessaria manutenzione giornaliera di tutta la struttura oramai obsoleta ! Le stanze sono sporche e malandate , dalle finestre al secondo piano si vedono cumuli di mozziconi e sporcizia varia , le parti comuni , ristorante e ascensore compreso necessitano di rinfrescata generale . Sui materassi si sprofonda per l'usura e quando ti alzi se piu' stanco di prima ! Il mobilio delle stanze va' ritoccato e manuntenuto accettabile . La colazione e' appena sufficiente ma non da 4 stelle come lo era qualche anno addietro . Il servizio del ristorante e' confuso , si portano le pietanze sbagliando i tavoli e facendo attendere maggiormente i destinatari...salverei lo chef sempre al top . Ci auguriamo di tornare la prox volta con uno scenario piu' vivibile e rimaniamo a disposizione per suggerimenti e proposte !
