The pool needs to be shocked and cleaned. The water was dirty from so many people being in it and not getting out to go to the restroom. The location is conveniently close to downtown but just know that you'll be able to hear traffic if you are on the street side of the hotel. The staff was friendly and they had all the amenities we needed.

When we got to our two queen room there was already another couple in the room with their things. We went to the lobby and the attendant was very snappy and rude and said “Sorry that’s what happens sometimes” we did need two beds so they were able to get us two single king rooms which was nice. But when we left the lobby 2 other couples were at the front desk saying people walked into their rooms as well. It was unfortunate how overbooked the hotel was and we were worried our new rooms would be overbooked as well. The stay ended up being good, but was an unfortunate experience to start, as well as a rude attendant. But in the end she at least did fix it.

Stay was great. Down side was hot water in shower didnt last long. Breakfast was good and pool was nice for the kids.

The hotel itself is great. But i know myself and several others after paying for parking had an extremely difficult time finding a parking spot on site after a long day. Don't charge for parking if there arent enough spots.

Was not told when booking that I had to pay for parking and no parking spots were available or that i had to put down a deposit for the room. Furniture in rooms are not that clean and kinda old and run down. Our bathroom faucet had no hot water and hardly any water pressure.

I found it pretty dumb that you have to pay for parking at a hotel that you paid for… but oh well. Hotel seemed nice overall, a large room, nothing went wrong. Breakfast was good, and a nice variety. Pool water was murky which is weird. Microwave and fridge were very cheap in our room. overall, would stay at it again if I needed to.

We were very disappointed with our stay and we would not recommend this Hampton Inn and will not stay here again. The room was out of shampoo, there were overflowing trash cans in the lobby area, the pool looked dirty and there were no pool towels. The pool area and elevators had wet towels on the floor. The front desk staff were unhelpful and had no desire to make sure the stay was pleasant. This location has really declined.
