Kstdc Hotel Mayura Sudarshan ,Ooty

I stayed with my wife and one of my friend and family. This hotel is located near Ooty lake and in the attached area of horticulture. We booked a taxi from Coimbatore to reach the hotel; The fare was INR 2200. You can take bus also from Gandhipuram bus station and it will take around 2 and half hours. The hotel had spacious room with parking facility and the huge area ( about 50 acre) of lush green horticulture which was free of entry fee for the tourist who stayed in that hotel. Service of the hotel was good but restaurant had less options . I took a deep tissue massage in the hotel by Mr Francis ( if I am not confused about the name) and he was fantastic. I booked the hotel from government website. We really enjoyed the stay and highly recommendable.

This property situated at the top of botanical garden So we get an areal view of the beautiful garden The entry to the garden is free for guests . Great place for families... Friendly staff. Serving Good quality food at restaurant..........

The view from the hotel was mesmerising. Only thing lacking was welcoming while checkin. No welcome drink provided, no staff supported for check-in (carrying luggage to our room was done after asked). Everything else was perfect. Food was yummy, staff was supportive.

Hotel facility is good for family and view point is good. Also room service in on time For evening snacks. Staff is well supportive. Garden and Glass house is good for morning walk and for good viewpoint

We stayed in KSTDC Mayura Sudershan in Ooty. It a property well maintained and with corteous staff. Room service is good We stayed in suite which offers spacious room with seperate dressing area and bathroom. Best part is staff which is polite and ready to help. It has a game room equipped with chess,carrom and badminton. It also offers books which give you descriptions of other tourist attractions in Karnatak state. Meals provided in canteen are basic yet tasty. All over a super satisfactory stay.

While planning for comfortable stay at Ooty in Make My Trip site, we found good reviews about KSTDC Mayura Sudarshan. We could get Wooden Cottage only for 4 days 23rd to 26th Apr 2023. On 23rd ,we reported around 1130 hrs . Though the check in time is 1300 hrs , the staff at resort was very kind enough to allow early check in. we were quite impressed with the hotel as well as its surroundings, as it is located in side Karnataka Siri Horticulture Garden. pros: 1. lovely property on the hill side with a beautiful view of the valley. 2. Wood House was excellent in size, cleanliness, furniture, TV and Bathroom which is very elegant and modern with 24 hrs warm water + geyser if required. 3. since it was very cold the first night, on request they provided us with an extra blanket. 3. The room service was very prompt and excellent 4. The ***agement as well as hotel staff were very hospitable. Specifically\n Mr Kartik, Senior ***ager & Mr Rahul of House Keeping were very helpful, 4. The canteen which is functional from 7 am to 10 pm, serves Veg & non -Veg dishes, dominated with south Indian cuisine. All fresh and hot 5. Karnataka Siri Horticulture Garden is spread over 45 acres of land. There is a glass house and the maintenance is excellent.Can spend ***y hours admiring the beauty of the garden with ***icured hedges, colourful flowers and tall towering pine and cyprus trees cons, 1 Should have provided shower caps in bath room, 2; They had provided tea maker ***** with tea and sugar sachets on as required basis, but no milk pouch or sachet ,for reasons best known to them.

Osam stay and location Mr. Sidhu was too helpful and the restaurant was also within the budget We were so happy and looking to come back Thank you so much for the memories One of the Happiest places visited

Stayed in hotel (premium room - A5) between 22 - 24 August 2023. They have cottages too with better view. Rooms are big with 24 hrs hot water facility. Rooms are facing garden and also gets free access to Karnataka garden. A must see garden. Food in hotel was very good.

Really enjoyed the stay 😍 Room and Bathroom is clean and their location is awesome. The staffs were well helpful and supportive. Food Quality can be improved. Must try - Black tea from the Restaurant. Overall Had a great time with my husband. Definitely will come back.
