5성급 호텔에 걸맞게 서비스가 최고였어용! 체크아웃하실때 유럽여행하시면 다 아시겠지만 세금을 추가결제해야하니까 체크하시고 여행하세욥 그리고 스파는 40유로(인당)인데 꼭 하시는거 추천 ㅎㅎ

Hotel muy antiguo. Habitaciones cómodas pero las toallas y algunos desconchados en paredes y muebles no se corresponden con un cinco estrellas.
Me pidieron un taxi para ir al puerto y al final aparecio una persona del hotel que luego me hizo en la entrada del puerto cambiar de coches y me llevaron a un lugar que no eran cobrándome 25 euros. Quería cobrarme más para llevarme al lugar correcto...
El hotel es responsable de esto porque el coche inicial era de una persona del hotel

All'arrivo avendo fatto una prenotazione on line ,avevamo già la camera assegnata.Il direttore vedendo mia moglie in carrozzella ha detto di attendere un attimo.Al suo ritorno ci ha accompagnati personalmente nella nuova sistemazione ,una meravigliosa suite con tutti gli accessori per persone non deambulanti. cabenissimo ottima colazione
