My partner and I have just returned after a one week stay at oceana , we were there to celebrate his 50th birthday I was a bit worried when I found out the hotel wasn’t a TUI blue as it was when I booked it, I need not have worried , we were greeted by the hotel manager who was super friendly, we were given a welcome drink which was great as it was so hot, I had messaged the hotel to upgrade our room to a sea view , it was so worth it , the room was very spacious and clean and the view was incredible, the pool area was very chilled and the staff at the pool bar was very helpful and incredibly hard working , the guys in the lobby bar was amazing! Fantastic drinks they were very knowledgeable and great fun especially makrahm ( I’ve probably spelt his name totally wrong! ) the food in the main restaurant was very varied , something for everyone and the staff again were great! Last but not least the lady on reception was the nicest person! So friendly and always had a smile if I had any criticisms about this hotel it would be that the beach bar doesn’t open until June and the adult only area pool needs some attention, staff were organising what looked like a new outdoor restaurant or bar which would be fantastic! We had an amazing stay at oceana the beach pool and grounds are tended to do well , the jewel in its crown tho are it’s amazing staff team , we will definitely return to this hotel

The staff is very friendly and attentive up to the smallest details. Lot's of private space and beautiful environment! Also quite a lot of activities can be organised up on the request. Big variety of drinks and food. We definitely recommend -Simona

Totally misrepresented as a quiet, deluxe adult only spa resort. A week of noisy building works at the pool bar while the resort prepared for a conference, the smell of paint as the external facade was painted the smell penetrated throughout the building making it impossible to remain inside during the day. Then a day when the venue was a party venue for a team building conference of 200 youngsters playing games with loudspeakers and megaphones announcing winners - sack races and stilt races it was like a child’s party - this went on till 9pm with music so loud it would not be out of place at any Ibiza party. The music was so loud the staff were embarrassed. Congratulations to the French couple who refused to leave their pool side chairs even when surrounded by the delegates. No notice although a letter was written by the management just never sent ..Also not adult only such a shame when the staff were lovely but what can they do but ask listen and then do nothing …

The staff is super nice and friendly. It is a very comfortable and luxurious place. What a super clean place, food is super yummy, and rooms are very cozy clean, and beds are soft and fluffy. I recommend this place and proud to have such services in Tunisia.

What an amazing, comfortable hotel. The service is excellent, food is so delicious. The attendants are super friendly and always smiling! Rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are so fluffy! The whole staff follows up witj every tiny detail. I completely recommend it!

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Warmth of hospitality and a friendly staff. The food is super delicious and the resort is so clean and organized. The staff follows up with details and they communicate in different languages. I totally recommend it.

Tui Oceana suits no longer Tui blu which we discovered when we were there. We travelled from the 3rd May till the 17th did not know it had lost its blue Status. The reviews we had read were all raving about this hotel. On arrival went to our room, first impressions, the carpet was disgusting, old tired and not clean , opened the bedside table somebody's rubbish still in the drawer, no way would we have walked on the carpet with bare feet. Toilet old tired and not clean, under the bed was covered with thick dirt , hadn't been vacuumed for some time. In the two weeks we were there ,there were 3 medical conferences they took over the hotel, staff were trying to put us I to the smaller dining area where there was a lot less choice of food so they could accommodate the conference people, they had priority over other guests, not good enough. We paid good money and insisted that we ate in the main dining room these people were rude , ate all the food because they were all dressed in fancy suits they thought they had priority over the holiday guests there were about 200 of them and at times couldn't move for them. Beach bar not opened, poolside bar only opened 2nd week ,adult pool not opened If you are going to pay extra for a swim up room don't bother you only get a couple of hours sunshine, they are on the wrong side of the hotel. Lovely beach, good towel service and waiter service, don't expect snacks there aren't any. 80% of staff were friendly, food 8/10 We won't be returning to this hotel, its needing a serious face lift. We did get some compensation from Tui the reps face was tripping him when he was insisting it was a 5 star That's the truth so make your own decision

My stay in this hotel was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff super friendly, the rooms big, beautiful and clean, and the place very safe. The beach is right behind it and I loved the indoor pool! 100% satisfied with everything!!!

The whole experience at Oceana Suites was truly amazing . The Staff were lovely and the food very good, a good choice, i liked the pizza and pasta section. We had our own little private pool and that was just divine. It is such a beautiful place in every sense We will definitely return Thank everyone at Oceana

Our stay at the TUI Blue Oceana Suites was end of April/early May 2024.  This was our 5th visit to Tunisia! We had a wonderful holiday and will most definitely return to this hotel. Apparently, as of 1 May 2024, the hotel became no longer part of TUI Blue and ownership has reverted to the owner. It's been interesting to discover that future bookings via TUI no longer offer the Junior Suites with Partial Sea View as a pre-paid upgrade package, so it seems that to get any sea view, partial or full will definitely require per person/per night supplement payments (prices at reception).  Guests are French, German, British, Tunisian, Dutch and Russian. THE GOOD * The staff are all great, hard-working and attentive. As well as Tunisian Arabic, most of them can speak French, English and German pretty well and some speak some Russian.  In particular, we received great service from SAMEH on reception, SABER in the restaurant and MUHAMMED also in the restaurant. Thank you so much to all three of you. * Housekeeping was also excellent and our lady would do things like leaving our towels shaped like kissing swans, arranging sweets in heart shapes and scattering flower petals in pretty shapes, etc. Really nice touches! * The hotel's location is perfect - right on the private beach. We swam in the sea despite it not yet being warm as it will be later on in the season. The beach is just for hotel guests and sunbeds are free to use there. Great! * The main round swimming pool is beautiful and we swam in it. It's surrounded by beautifully tended immaculate gardens with plenty of sunbeds around - no need to rush for them! * There is a pool bar which wasn't yet open during our stay, but was opening the week after we left. However, there was waiter service for drinks if you were at the pool, so that was fine for us. *  There is a lovely indoor pool and a gym, both of which we used. Also an attractive spa which we didn't use. * There was no daytime entertainment or music (hooray), so the pool area was always a wonderfully restful place. For us, loud music and animation teams working the guests round the pool is our holiday nightmare, so it was so good to NOT have to endure that! * The minimal evening entertainment was ideal for us too. No animation team (hooray). Just simple things like the occasional singer, piano bar etc. Not too much and not disturbingly noisy if you wanted an early night. * The suite rooms are spacious and carpeted, with wonderfully comfortable superking or twin beds with fluffy pillows, a dressing room, en suite bathroom and a balcony. There are inter-connecting suites available too. There are also ground floor rooms with private pools but they do require a supplement to be paid. * In our opinion, the food was lovely. I've noticed that in their reviews, people often make negative comments about food choices and menu repetition at All Inclusive hotels, but every day at the Oceana Suites, they were catering for all tastes offering 2 ta

Hotel brilliant all staff great 👍 food good service 👌 great will visit again but not in April/May as we lost 3 days of our holiday with the seminars gusts took second place had to eat in small dining room with half the choices of food which was only just warm and the plates were cold 🥶 couldn't get to the toilet and wash hand's as it was full of people putting make-up on the only place to get any peace was in our room I understand it's a business but I'm sure the gusts should come first as we pay a lot o money 💰 for our holidays it was such a shame will definitely visit again but not when seminars are taking place 😀 I

My mother and I (25 y/o) stayed for a week at the very grand TUI Blue Oceana Suites at the end of April 2024. The hotel itself is around a 25-30 minute drive from Enfidha airport and we had no problems getting on the transfer bus. Throughout our stay we were treated impeccably by the hotel staff, from receptionists, to bar staff, to the pool and beach staff. There are too many to name but a special thanks to Salah, Sameh and Emma at reception for always being on-hand to help us with any queries big or small! On arrival we were upgraded to a pool view suite which had its own balcony. The mini-fridge in the room (included in the all-inclusive package) was refilled daily with water, beers, and coke/soft drinks. Food-wise we had no complaints whatsoever, there was a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pork products were available for those who wanted it, and there was always a number of local dishes that were delicious. Coming to Tunisia I had wanted to try Mloukhia, and the hotel served this almost every day- highly recommended. There was also the usual selection of fruit, salad, pizza and pasta. Branded alcohol was available at an additional cost but I was personally very satisfied with the local beer, wine, and rum included in the package. As part of the all inclusive package you are able to order a bottle of wine for dinner for example. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is an A La Carte restaurant which we were able to use as part of our package once during our stay. Entertainment-wise the hotel was quite low-key however this may have been due to the low-season in which we visited. Having said that, on 2-3 nights we had a fantastic pianist playing in the main lobby. He would play a mix of classical as well as Western music (Beatles for example). We also had a belly dancing night followed by a great singer. In terms of amenities, it is recommended to take your own currency in CASH and change it at the reception desk into Tunisian Dinars. The rate is pretty much as close to the real rate as you can get. Just remember to get the receipt for every exchange you make (or if you withdraw from an ATM) as you are not permitted to take the currency out of the country and will need proof of the exchange if you try to change the cash back into your local currency. The hotel also has a Spa and Shop on site which seemed to be adequately priced. A TUI rep visits the hotel during your stay and they will tell you about the trips you can do through them, however do consider the trips that the hotel offer also. They are cheaper than the TUI trips, but keep in mind that if you book through the hotel is has to be in Cash and also the driver is more of a ‘driver’ rather than a tour guide.
