Came here exclusively for a hot tub staycation. The hot tub is about 70°. It couldn’t be fixed because there is no maintenance person on duty. Frustrating.

Our room had a card in it telling us that it had been thoroughly cleaned, but after just a few minutes of being in the room it was evident that they had done the minimum of making the room look presentable. There were dried clumps of stuff on the floor right next to the bed and just stuff all over the floor up next to the walls. It was just not clean.

I requested a king suite and when we checked in I was informed one was not available. I don’t understand why one was not available for me to use.
We were offered a king room for a smaller price but it was a little disappointing.
The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were Dove brand and nice.
The hallways were rather dark which was a little weird.

Very disappointed in the service. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room. I had to go downstairs to front desk to get one as directed by the front desk person. When I got there she said she wasn't able to locate one. What about the rooms that weren't rented? Why wouldn't she get one from one of the other rooms? This made us late for a funeral due to her inability to help us. So disappointing!

Room was very stinky. Bathroom needs to be redone. Coating on tub was worn off and bottom was rusty. Staff were nice and check-in was efficient.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Interesting bathroom cafe door setup, didn't lock or shut tight, so basically no privacy in the bathroom, also noted there was no bathroom fan. Other than that, it was clean and the location was convenient.
