I was having a great stay until this evening. After a day out exploring this lovely region I was excited to go to the sauna and pool area to relax. Another couple were there watching sport on their ipad. I asked them not to and they turned down the volume, so I could hear tinny sports commentators. This is not what I expect when I want to relax in the pool area and I chose this hotel over others and paid for this service. I complained to the girl on duty who did talk to them but said she could do nothing because they turned the volume down. This is terrible customer service, the pool area is not a sports bar. I will be making a formal complaint to Accor and Novotel about this. It has really ruined my trip.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé, les chambres sont propres, la literie est bonne. La piscine et le hammam sont propres et bien entretenus. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien, le personnel fort sympathique. Même le parking est un sns faute, à recommander sur Orléans.

L’accueil était impeccable. L’hôtel est très moderne. Chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain avec douche. La piscine est juste au top ainsi que le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un véritable plus pas loin de la gare ainsi que plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité. On y séjournera une prochaine fois c’est sûr.

Un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir ( août 2023). Tout est neuf, joli, de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Pour notre part nous avons pu profité de deux chambres communicantes grâce à l'offre Family. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, beaucoup de choix et ce jusqu'à la fin du service ( 10h). La piscine est superbe , l'eau était à la bonne température. Il y a aussi un sauna. Des serviettes de bain sont mises à disposition des clients. Lors de notre séjour, un projet de restaurant au sein de l'hôtel était en cours d'ouverture. Bref super expérience. Seul bémol : une équipe de réceptionniste peut être un peu trop jeune, qui manque d'expérience et de formation mais qui reste sympathique.

Nous revenons d’une nuit passée au Novotel de la gare , situé juste en face de celle-ci . Très bel hôtel , maintenant bien fini et largement à la hauteur des autres Novotel . Notre chambre exécutive était grande et très belle, literie top et salle de douche également , avec peignoirs, WC séparé (dans toutes les chambres). Seul le plafond, effectivement, ne fait pas fini, mais c’est un détail … Petit déjeuner de qualité, personnel réactif et accueillant . Piscine chauffée, grande, mais à débordement sur 2 côtes et demi … du coup de l’eau partout et peu d’endroits pour poser ses affaires… 3 transats et 2 banquettes à disposition ! C’est la seule critique, mais il y a une piscine couverte, chauffée et c’est déjà un plus très appréciable . On est à pieds près de restaurants, commerces et à deux pas de la cathédrale et de l’hôtel Groslot qu’il faut absolument aller voir . Bref , on a beaucoup aimé !! Et reviendrons…

Très bel hôtel, proche de la gare d’Orléans, il dispose d’un parking c’est très pratique. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine en accès libre, très agréable. Petit déjeuné complet et très bon.

Hôtel tout neuf, belle chambre avec une literie top, ne regardez pas les plafonds mal finis. Piscine au Rez de chaussée très grande. Très bon accueil au service réception qui nous a renseigné sur les restaurants ouverts de la ville. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec de bons produits.
