Posto tranquillo e personale cortese, servirebbe una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione delle stanze che presentano bagni con sanitari vecchi e pareti con un po' di muffa. Ottimo per un soggiorno con un po' di spirito di adattamento

Il bagno era piuttosto vecchio, la doccia aveva l’acqua soltanto tiepida. All’arrivo non si capisce da dove entrare, non c’è un punto indicato per il check in, si entra nella sala ristorante per cercare qualcuno che ti accompagni. Poca organizzazione. Wi-Fi presente, ma non funzionante. Camera non troppo calda. Cena abbastanza buona, tranne la braciola che era piuttosto secca e asciutta. Ottima colazione.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nelle campagne di orvieto ....peccato le condizioni interne dellla camera. Camera molto calda con condozionatore con tubo che fuoriesce dalla finestra , molto molto rumoroso impossibile riposare con aria accesa. Bagno un po datato ma con qualche accorgimento si potrebbe rendere piu carino.... rubinetteria piena di calcare , lavandino un po intasato e scopino per pulite il wc marrone in quanto molto datato. Materassi assolutamente da sostituire (mio marito ha dormito per terra ). Colazione servita in un unico piatto al centro tavolo senza piattini solo tovaglioli di carta.....peccato perche il posto è davvero incantevole
