Very near to Osaka subway entrance. Hotel room is very clean. Coffee and drinks are free whenever you want. Last but not least is near to tourists attractions.

The location is great and easily accessible to the train station. Dontobori is just a short walking distance from the hotel.

The room is small would have expected a bit bigger
Overall the location is good just 10 mins away from shinsaibashi and quiet which is great to me.
The bathroom is big compare to the room size lol

The hotel is  quite close to the centre  the room is clean and tidy . A very nice experience with this hotel. The staff are friendly too

The hotel is decent and close to the station of Namba and being the center of trains to different places.
The staff are helpful but not able to guide me the quickest way to Kobe and Mt Rokko.
