It was very clean and good. The staff were very nice, friendly and polite. You could get to the city hub in five minutes or less.

Good location and service. Allow me early check in and that was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Very clean too. However, the towels are a bit rough and thin and pillows not so comfy.
Overall, a pleasant stay for me

Good location, just less than 10min walk away from the main street of shinsaibashi. Affordable hotel breakfast and there is free drinks everyday that can refill

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best.
It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.

The room is clean. Just alittle small and there is no view from the window. Overall, great service from the staff and just 8 mins walk from Shinsaibashi MRT

Overall good but the room is quite small, the bathroom is small too. But the beds are just nice, not too hard or soft, This hotel is priced at a reasonable price. And it's right at the heart of Shinsabashi shopping district. There are many eateries around and well-known brands that you can find in the area.

Location is near Shinsaibashi and Dotombori. Great for shoppers.
Hotel provides free drinks service such as coffee and coke which is very much to my liking.
I had a red eye flight, asked for breakfast recommendations as i couldn't check in till 3, was told there are very few breakfast places nearby. But i realised later there's Doubtor or Mos Burger which could have been recommended.
