- The hotel is in a good location as it’s close to two metro stations, plenty of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Plus, it’s not too far from Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station if taking trips. - The room is a little small but not too bad, plus the shower and bath are nice, as well as the electric bidet toilet. - Cleaning of the room is infrequent and they never changed my mug so I was washing the mug every day in the sink to clean it. - Amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be collected yourself from the lobby on the 18th floor. They also have laundry and microwaves on the second floor.

location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

Location between Honmachi and Sakaisuji line Honmachi on the Midosuji line. I think it is good location in about 5 minutes walk from both. I entered a little passage next to the building to the front desk. The main intersection is Max Cafe, which is also a breakfast venue. It is not a big hotel but clean. The customer service is also a good impression. The room is clean and comfortable. Amenities are also better than conventional hotels as well as this class hotel with recent quality. It is a pity that there are not so many breakfasts and there are no salads. The most important thing about breakfast is salad, so the point reduction discretion in terms of satisfaction. Still, it is a meal of rice and a tea pickle. Seasoned nori, tsubo pickled, umeboshi, and natto are standard, and there are 9 kinds of tea pickled offerings. So I was relieved to get rice. Maybe it's because it's Japanese. This is only a cancellation. The standard system was also there.

This time ２ I used it in a plan without cleaning the night. As a location, it is very good because it is close to the station and convenience stores are nearby. First of all, the room was larger than I thought. Also, despite the Hanshin Expressway being close, it was quiet and concentrated on work. Also, the cleaning was good and we were able to use it comfortably. Happy hour of 18:00 〜 20:00, free breakfast, were good. This time, I used it at a very cheap price that seems to be limited only now, and it was a very satisfying stay. Off topic: There is a guy at the front desk who is really handsome and I love him so much. Although I only met him twice, I have already fallen in love with him. Transportation: Not far from the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. If you walk to Shinsaibashi, it's only a few kilometers or more than 10 minutes. For those of us with long legs like 180cm, we can walk there in 10 minutes. Room: The rooms in Japan are really small. We two 180-year-old boys live in a 1.38-meter bed. Who knows, my family is mainly too poor.

the location is good, convenient for shopping and food. only that the room is small and has no space for opening suitcases, but I guess it's common in Japan, especially in big cities like Osaka. lastly, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and they refused to check us in at 14:54. however, after I used the restroom, I saw other guests were checking in, and it's 15:57 LOL

We had booked Toyoko Inn in Tokyo so we decided to book the same in Osaka. The nearest metro to the hotel is Hommachi, exit no. 11 or 12. However, do note that the gate is closed early for these 2 exits so you would have to make a detour using another exit. Hotel room is decent size as with Japan standard, they provide all the amenities (skin care, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste) at the reception area. Complimentary Japanese breakfast provided and they do have different types of mini breads which I find it nice. Overall, its a good hotel if you are a budget traveller. For our family, no complaints at all. Bed is clean and comfortable except for the aircon, need some time to adjust to a comfortable condition.

I was surprised about hotel location and price of the room. It was so valuable price and for size of the room. All clean and smell in elevator so good. Neat and charm. I would like to recommend this Lub d Osaka Honmachi to stay for vacation. Walk about 5 minutes to shinsaibashi. More 10 minutes to Namba & dontonburi. Away from Osaka metro only 500 meters at exit 7. There elevator at exit 7. Convenience store just a minute walk. I will come back to stay here again. Good staff.

The hotel is located at the M18 Honmachi Station on the Midosuji Railway Line, just in front of the M19 Shinsaibashi Station. The hotel is not far from the station entrance on foot, but the stairs go up and down, and it takes about five to seven minutes to get to the elevator. There are two massage chairs in the lobby at the entrance of the hotel. To the left is the morning dining area. It is not too big but has enough seating space. There are not many choices for breakfast, the taste is very ordinary, and the fried food is too oily and too hard, but the price is acceptable and I hope it will improve. I booked a room for one person. The space is not large within my budget, but it also has basic supplies. The bathroom is a standard Japanese hotel with a small bathtub and toilet. It is ventilated and there is no strange smell. There is also an air freshener and humidifier in the room. Unfortunately, it may be winter. There is only a centrally controlled heater in the room. You cannot use the remote control to adjust the air conditioner. After using the heater for a night, you cannot open the window. As a result, my nose became sensitive in the middle of the night and I started sneezing. In the morning, my nose felt normal after I left the room. It was definitely not a disease, but it was caused by excessive baking and dust! The hotel has a large bathhouse, but the viewing space is not large, so I did not use it. Not all lobby attendants speak good English, but they will try their best to be understanding and friendly. If the room cleaning is better, it will be more points.

Toyoko Inn, which is always taken care of by live expedition. We stayed for 3 nights in this Osaka expedition. I was lucky because I stayed at 5000 yen per night during the campaign. In the case of subway movement, access is not very good, about 5 minutes walk from Sakaisuji Honmachi, and 7.8 minutes from Honmachi. Honmachi station is large in the station premises, so it is difficult to get off the train and go out. If you have a carry bag, you don't recommend it because there is a place where there is no escalator. If you come from Shin Osaka Station, it is recommended to get off at Shinsaibashi Station and walk through the underground town of Nagashima to the hotel. It takes a little time, but it is easy to think about transfer and climbing the stairs. The hotel is the same Toyoko inn wherever you go, so there is no individuality, but it is stable and clean.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

２０１９ New Hotel opened in ６ in January We booked ３ a room with a double bed and two sofa beds. The space is very spacious and there is also a small coffee table. The bathroom (dry and wet separation) and the toilet are separate. The washing machine from the bathroom is arranged properly and is attached to the wash. The clothes rack in the bath room is also very ingenious and warm-up equipment. It is very convenient to wash clothes. The first floor has opened a new clothing grocery store and a simple restaurant. It is very Wenqing style.

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

Loved the location, comfortable and away from the buzz yet still close enough - 2 metro stops away from Shinsaibashi and 1 metro stop away from Umeda. Seems to be in the heart of a central district area so it’s super easy to find coffee and food, convenience stores are nearby. Great aesthetics, which drawn me to book my stay and it is 100% accurate on the exterior to the interiors, lobby and room included. Bonus: in-house onsen! Best to do it in the morning before start of the day or after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was simple and great, despite the small space, they manage to maximise the food selection catering to international and local breakfast selection Will choose to stay here again, hopefully maintenance goes well here!

Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

Livemax have many branches near train stations. Very convenient. However, nagatsu station is a bit quiet and no food or convenience shops at night. Need to walk 10min. This branch also older and so there are water dripping sound heard from my room which affect my sleep.

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

As it is a brand new hotel, all the facilities were clean and new. The stay was wonderful and rooms were big enough for our group of 3 to stay in and have our luggage fully opened. Our room also has a dining area that is useful for take away meals. Price was reasonable for the room size and the onsen they have to offer! Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I decided to book this hotel because I was attracted by its view of Osaka Castle. I didn't know when I made the reservation that this was a new hotel that would only open on 1/5/2024. I booked a one-night stay on 18/5. Since it was my girlfriend's anniversary, I contacted the hotel's reservation team through the hotel's contact information on trip.com and asked them to prepare a bouquet of flowers to surprise my girlfriend. The hotel arranged this request at the time I wanted and was very professional. In terms of transportation, although the hotel is close to Tenmanqiao Station, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to get there. This is relatively inconvenient. It is recommended to take a taxi with your luggage, which will be more comfortable and convenient. The room is very large and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, induction cooker, dishes, dumplings, refrigerators, washing machines, and more intimately prepared washing powder! The bathroom also has a bathtub! Except for the false eyelashes on the floor on the sink, the bathroom smells bad! Everything else is very good, it is a great suite! We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. I would like to use it if I come to Osaka again.

The younger brother at the front desk is very warm and courteous, English can communicate, the hotel is very small. In the middle is a reading public area surrounded by rooms. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)
