Excellent station hotel. Stayed in a standard triple room (3 small beds) on weekdays in November 2023. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The single bed has been extended, about 120 cm wide. The room comes with complimentary capsule coffee and bottled mineral water (Japanese hotels usually do not provide free bottled water). Guest rooms are located on the 7th to 16th floors. The counter staff can communicate in English. Station B1 can lead to B1 of the hotel without taking the outdoor surface road. Breakfast (in the landscape restaurant on the 17th floor, with a great view) is a self-service buffet with good dishes, three kinds of fruits, and ice cream.

Firstly nice hotel with magnificent view !! This is before all the problems begins !! First I book a deluxe double room and they told me they don’t have a deluxe double room !!! Then they claim deluxe double room means king bed ! Then why call it double room ?????? Secondly, almost got scammed at the breakfast. I was given 4 voucher for 4 nights and I asked the counter if I can use 2 voucher concurrently as I am with my wife. They replied ok. on that day, I presented two voucher to Cooka manager (I came with me and my wife) and they still issued me a invoice to pay for additional guest !! One voucher is for 1 guest and if I give 2 voucher, it is for 2 guest !! And they tried to charge me extra !!!!! Seriously, this is a scam !!!!!! After quarrelling for some time, the manager and another lady told me I have to pay for Tmr breakfast!!!! I was shocked !!! If I eat Tmr, then I pay for the break fast !!!! If I don’t eat, they expect me to pay for what ?? Outrageous Scam !!! Please see the picture attached !!! Cant believe I almost got scammed !!!

Hotel located in the district of Nishinari Ward. It has the station Kishinosato-Tamade a few meters walk. The price is that I expected something more from the stay in general. The room is functional, with shoes and pyjama (although that is common practice in Japan). Without view because the 619 had the opaque glass and, although it is said to be soundless, it is not quite true because you hear the trains pass. I didn't like checking, despite being at 14:00 and having warned that I would come earlier, they didn't let me do it until 15:00, which, despite being not full, offers no more that invites to recommend it.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

As share in previous review, location and price is affordable. Availability of room to be review by hotel as I had to do multiple bookings, one day by one day.

The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

The location is good, from the airport take the nankai express train directly to the shin-imamiya station and walk 5 mins to hotel. Surrounding with many restaurants and donquito. Although the room is a bit small but it’s clean. Air-condition is good. They change towels everyday by putting new towels in the bag at the room doorknob. But they clean the room for you every 3 days (not daily) I stay 7 days 6 nights there (they clean on the 4th day) but it’s ok for me. By overall I am happy with this hotel. It’s non-smoking hotel which I love it very much. ❤️ They have ice machines on some floors too. Great hotel with good rate.

改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

Hotel is stone throw from two of the major POA, Kuroman market and Dotonbori, and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station where one can escape the weather element anf shop till Osaka Namba station....The hotel has everything you need and the packet Kopi aka Coffee is good. The hotel provide free umbrella too in case there is rain
