For a deluxe room it was pretty minimal. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. The hot tub was out of service. The price was decent. We usually stay there when traveling that direction.

My room was dirty beer cans next to the couch garbage on the very bottom of the nightstand in the back bathtub dirty never going back again

The room was exactly as advertised. The front desk staff were not the friendliest but they did manage to direct us to the dining facilities in the ****** complex.

Property was a bit older…very basic/casino hotel. Smoke allowed in areas, so quite smelly.

Way too warm in the rooms even with the heat turned off in the window open. Blankets on the bed are designed for arctic not Iowa. Sleep was hard to come by and I’m not a menopausal woman

Management needs to stop the kids from running in the halls! What a joke, kids were running up and down the hallways all night! I will never stay here again.

I book a pet room. ******* doesnt tell me or charge me but i get here after driving all day and get xtra charge of $28 for the pet. Then get told i shoulnt have a problem with that, then get told to tip the girl registering me.?? The hot tub doesnt work and i asked when i rented the room. Very pissed off. I want a refund. I would not have rent for the "resort" fee, pet fee and no services to justify either.

Staff was great and friendly. Food was good. Slots were very tight. Rooms were quiet until people above you walk around
