Terrible facilities ! I don't want to recommend this hotel even I changed to another hotel at the second day. But the receptionist very friendly there.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Room was large and clean with comfortable beds. The receptionist, Nuna, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to help us with food recommendations and transport. Her English was excellent which made our lives easier. We enjoyed our one night stay.

A nice place if you want to experience the Soviet past. The hotel is very well placed in the city and there’s a cashpoint opposite it that gives USD.
