we stayed for 4 days. the pull out sofa was not that comfortable for our kdis but we managed. the place was spotless and the desk and shelving, etc. were conveniently situated to stow our gear. having the mini fridge and sink is always a nice amenity. the property is very new and clean. a lot of guests hang out on the veranda on Fridays and Saturdays and use the grill there. very friendly atmosphere with lots of sports teams staying there.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament, and found the location close to everything. Restaurant in the hotel was good (even if the outdoor bar server was clueless that there were other customers aside from her friends there) and moderately priced. Bathroom is insanely small (if someone opens the door when you're on the toilet it will take your kneecaps off!) but room was clean and sufficient for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially cleaning crew that were always in the hallways and willing to help.
