Great stay at Hotel Torifito! The lady who served us was extremely helpful. It was raining when we checked in and she helped us bring our baggage into our rooms and offered to lend us umbrellas! She also told us to park opposite the hotel for more affordable parking! (1100 yen for 24h). The hotel room was very new, bright, clean and spacious too. Will stay here again when we come back to Otaru!

Is a very busy hotel, staffs in reception looks tired all the times 😅 (no greeting upon check in no good bye upon go out). But the hotel itself is worth 5 stars. - location opposite JR station 5 stars - walking distance to Otaru canal 5 stars - Onsen available with small treats / amenities (microwave) very thoughtful more than 5 stars - room sound / noise proof is very good. Can’t hear the noice from corridor or next door or top room ( which I have this sound issue at other hotels when staying in other Hokkaido hotel for 10 days ) - recommended hotel will come back again

The parking lot can be deposited from 13:00 before check-in, so it is ideal for sightseeing such as the canal, the must-see Otaru Art Village, and the Otaru City Literature Museum. As soon as you leave the canal, you will see a local-priced shop that is not a tourist price, and I think the location is wonderful. In addition, the view from the hotel room overlooking the harbor was wonderful. We were in a smaller condition, extra bed, in a not large room, but we were very comfortable. I think it's also because the door is thick or I can't hear the sound of other rooms at all. However, the bath in the room is small. Instead, the large communal bath on the top floor is not a hot spring, but the view is good and clean. It is also a good impression that the lockers that can be used were restricted so that they would not be crowded, probably because of corona measures. Breakfast buffet does not include fish * or crabs that tourists to Hokkaido are looking for. Still, it is delicious with local vegetables and Alice Farm jams. The menu is more Western than Japanese, but there are many warm foods and it warms up even in snowy Otaru. Thickly sliced bacon and steamed vegetables were very delicious. Also, the staff was young and I liked it very much even though it was crispy. The front desk staff guided me in the snow when I entered the parking lot. It was also active at the breakfast venue, so it seems that it will help where human hands are needed. It is also advanced as a business hotel that can calm down with a lot of new indirect lighting. We recommend that the husband of the corner-style liquor store, which is located at the edge of the arcade after dinner, is the most friendly and friendly if you drink a glass of sake. Good location, good views. About 5minutes walk from Otaru station. This hotel serves good breakfast, wide selection of food. Must eat the milk pudding which is in the buffet spread. The restaurant allow customers to have coffee take away too. The service staffs are courteous. Tho the hotel is old, rooms are well maintained and toilet are renew. Bath tub are well cleaned. Only problem is the bed sheets have stains on our first day stay. But all are good after it is changed.

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

we made a short trip to Otaru to visit some of its good izakayas, we took a room with 4 beds, it was a nice surprise the distribution of the spaces in the room. Our room had two almost separate areas, in the main area two beds and a couch, the second area was a small terrace with the other two beds, the access to the terrace was a staircase in the room. the terrace was a very pleasant space, even though it is not possible to stand in the terrace area because the ceiling is very low, the terrace gives an air of independence being in the same room, each bed has its space to recharge the cell phone and has an independent lamp. our room had an elegant glass balcony with a beautiful view. the shower area is very elegant with a fairly modern and clean design. the television system was fun too, our room had a projector with a very good video quality I really liked my stay at the hotel and I hope to stay there again soon

I almost always take care of Mr. Ocent when I go to Otaru. I usually book a twin room, but this time I used travel support, so I rushed to make it a deluxe twin. It was nice and awesome, but it's a little disappointing that a new hotel was built nearby and the view on the sea side was blocked. The staff at the front desk and lounge were also very polite. The cleaning staff passing each other through the corridor 々 and greetings are very pleasant (the same every time I stay) It is convenient to go anywhere for meals and sightseeing. You can go through the arcade to Otaru Station, so it's very helpful when the weather is bad. The food in the hotel is very delicious and it's a really recommended hotel.

The stay in OMO5 was an excellent experience. Start from reception arranging us where to park our car, to details of helping us to arrange restaurant was very touching and appreciated. Because many guests are used, there is no sense of inconvenience and there is no need to change clothes at the time of moving in the building, so it was very comfortable for the life of the otori. As a result, the time to relax in the rest space in the building is longer than in the room, and the whole inn seemed to be my room. Also, I felt hospitality in the voice from the staff who met at 々, and I was relieved that it was preventing invasion other than guests. At this time, the need for anti-infectious measures was required, but alcohol disinfection was not only necessary, but also ultraviolet rays and baths were equipped with masks and detailed measures. As for the meal, breakfast is also great with the taste menu and can correspond to all men and women. There was no big dish due to the influence of the corona, but the menu was rich and I was able to enjoy it slowly while watching the Otaru Canal. On the other hand, dinner was prepared for two nights this time in the inn. It was very delicious, but it was a little disappointing that there were few meat (rather than saying it). It may be a cherry blossom that you think about the age of 60. It is a room. This time I made a room with a balcony. I didn't go there to do something there because of the snow, but I used it to cool a little up the bath or enjoy the scenery. There was also a hammock for summer, so summer may be the main performance. However, this time I had a very good trip. I would like to stay in the Furukawa again.
