The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable and special thanks to (Mr gaur) the ***ager of hotel and The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. We had a very good stay.

One of the best places to stay in Pachmarhi. Staff makes your stay comfortable and chef Sunil's cuisine are a must try. Book your visit with Breakfast and dinner and you'll be set. Property is in the main area. Just get in touch with the reception about the activities that you can do here.

The place is great to stay clean ,asthetic, well-maintained and quite. If you wanna enjoy sunset in pachmari their roof top restaurant is the best place you can enjoy evening tea with beautiful background music and magnificent sunset view,i found the sunset better at the hotel then the sunset point. The place is kids friendly they have games and swings. Most importantly i wound give a 10star to their hospitality staff is extremely humble, caring and always on their toes to serve. They serve you the breakfast with such compassion and wormth you feel really special. Thanks to the staff to make our stay so comfortable that we plan to visit pachmari again just to stay here. Sushil kumar, pramod ,yogesh and Mr. Dhananjay singh make sure all your meals are your best experience. Can't recall the name but the GM there is always on here toes she was a pleasure to meet .

The summer house was a very memorable experience. From Check-in to check out everything went smoothly. It is a very well maintained and planned property. The location is easy and close to most of the visiting sites of Pachmari. Must stay for family/friends or couples. Luxury in a very affordable pressure on your wallet. Would highly recommend this place

Summer House Hotel is a great hotel. The view from the hotel balcony is worth seeing. The service of the hotel is very good. From GM to all the staff are very good. You get a different feeling as soon as you enter the hotel. Till now I have stayed in ***y hotels but I got a different feeling by staying in Summer House. GM Ma’am Nimidas , Mr. V***n , Chef Sunil , F&B Mr. Asif , Mr. Ankit , Mr. Bajrang, Mr. Gopal and all the staff are very friendly

Room are very clean.staff has good behaviour. There is good place to sit around garden. Food is very good in taste 😀.but there is one problem with parking that cars are stand in direct sunlight 😔. The is a game zone for children that impressed me

Great location.The were spacious,clean and well maintained. The staff at hotel were friendly and helpful. Expecially Mr.Asif Iqbal F&B ***ager,Mr. Saurabh in restaurant and Mithlesh and Raju at Reception were very courteous and made our stay enjoyable &comfortable. The food was delicious. Thanks to chef.

nice place to stay. mr v***n singh gaur takes all care of us and he was very good i will definitely recommend this place very beautiful view from the resort . rooms are nice and very comfortable stay.food was awesome and everything was perfect .
