Super Experience.Like the feel.Room very nice.Staff so good .al in all very nice experience Definitely will go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the champak resort their hospitality and service standards from the restaurant, food, to even room service was impeccable.

We had one of the best stays here .The staff is very cordial and always helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. We had a lovely stay here. Will surely come back again.

MPT CHAMPAK BUNGALOW in Pachmari is the best of the best place for anyone to stay in Pachmari. The amenities such as swimming pool, gym, the lake view watch are the best amongst all others. The food, cleanliness and maintenance is top notch . Special Thanks to Mr SANDEEP PATEL for helping us and for making our trip wonderful and memorable. Thanks Mr Khan, Mr Prakash and Chotelal for helping us throughout our stay.

It was nice and comfortable stay at MPT Champak Buglow, Pachmarhi. The food was nice. The staff is extremely cordial and cooperative. Specially want to mention and thank Sh.Sandeep Mera. I forgot one of my thing in the room before checkout. Sandeep listened to issue patiently and ensured to delivered the item to my home. Such kind of hospitality and guest service is indeed remarkable and Sandeep deserves all appreciation for taking care of guests even after check out. Surely recommended.

One of the great experience Seven star ratings fr food , stay and all staff ,no commercial touch , cooperative and helpful staff will recommend to visit at least once in a lifetime overall seven star property . Lot of points to cover will require min 2 days

Awesome stay ..we loved it. The staff was very cooperative and polite and Mr. Patel was very helpful in guiding us . The food was tasty and the senic beauty of the place is just beautiful and mesmerizing.....will soon come for another stay ....

Worst lunch and dinner.. very limited item, doesn't feel like 4-star stay.. please compare with private resort -- poor service with too much expensive. I will never book resorts belongs to MPT going forward. Also, i was trying to make date change but they denied for it .. also there is no way to cancel the booking once you booked it.

4 for the property, But 2 for the food and the service. The property is well maintained considering its a government property. The room service is pathetically slow and food quality is horrible. It seems the cook doesn't know how to cook. Don't Order Chinese crusines. Monkey menace is prevalent, it is advisable not to leave your rooms open as you may encounter an unwanted guest in your room " The Monkey Gang "
