IntercityHotel Paderborn

There was a lot of hair and unknown body hair on the bed. I didn't want to stay in that room. I went down to the lobby and asked to change rooms. There was no apology. They said they needed photos as proof, so I showed them the photos I took, but they said there were no rooms available and refused to change rooms. However, there were rooms available on the hotel reservation website. I couldn't understand it. The male staff member in the lobby came back up to the room where I was alone and took photos of the hair on the bed. I have black hair. Blonde hair is not mine. And the soundproofing was the worst. I could hear the bathroom noise and nose blowing in the next room very loudly.

Das IntercityHotel in Paderborn ist eines meiner Lieblingshotels. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist genial. Gleich in der Nähe, etwa zwei bis drei Gehminuten entfernt, gibt es einen großen Parkplatz, der über Nacht und am Wochenende kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Auch die Autobahnanbindung ist perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und wird in großzügigen Räumlichkeiten angeboten. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Sowohl beim Ein- und Auschecken an der Rezeption als auch im Service wird man sehr freundlich bedient. Alles in allem ist der Umgang mit den Gästen sehr angenehm und freundlich.
