What a great hotel. It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The customer service at the front desk was amazing! She was so sweet.
The bar and bartender were great. Very helpful and great atmosphere!
The room was pretty clean. One of the comforters had a stain on it and the bathroom floor needed swept better. But other than that, it was very clean.
The view of the river was absolutely gorgeous!! I loved having the balcony and the view!
Beds were comfortable and the room had great amenities. However, the maid service woke us up knocking on the door at 9am!! I was very upset. Then, a different maid knocked again at 10 and a third one at 10:30. By 10:30 I was pissed and let her know how upset I was. I also let the front desk know how upset I was. Check out was not until noon and they started knocking the doors at 9am!!! They should not even be knocking on doors at all. When I am ready to check out, I will let the front desk know.
I was extremely happy with the stay at the hotel until the maid service ruined it.

Fridge did not work. Room keys quit working. No luggage carriers. Very limited parking. Very expensive breakfast.

We stopped here exclusively for the National Quilt Museum. We saw the Holiday Inn right next to the museum and knew it was probably a good choice. It was fabulous! Room was super comfortable and bathroom very luxurious compared to our usual lodging. Loved the sliding glass doors and full bottles in the shower for everything you need. Wonderful to feel like you're at home. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored more but will be back!

Second time staying here in the past couple of months. Very clean and modern hotel in downtown Paducah. Enjoyed a beautiful morning walk along the Ohio River and a unique dining experience at The Freight House. Look forward to staying here again when visiting the area.

Holiday Inn has lost it's bar and Restaurant menu to fast food. I understand the competion for them but i stay at the full service hoetel so i can eat and drink and never have to Uber somewhere else. The bar menu is basically appetizer menu or burger.
