Very bad experience: dirty, noisy, total payment at the arrival, poor service and a cold welcoming (because of the fly in late, we arrived at night and have interrupted the consierge -in service- during the watching of the football match!). Positive: close to the central station.

Stayed for two nights with friends and the only plus to this accommodation it’s convenient for the train station which is a 3 minute walk We arrived late so had arranged a late check in and was greeted by a friendly guy who was clearly in a hurry to leave The room was cold and none of the heating worked and the windows had all been left open so this was noticeable at 2130 in March The one pillow on each bed was small and lumpy and clearly had been folded in half as pillow is not sufficient The bed also very uncomfortable and room outdated but the price reflects this I asked for the pillow to replaced and was given another lumpy pillow by the lady on reception in the morning Was also told no heating! Although breakfast is included each guest is given one small croissant other than that it’s packed cake/toast from supermarket No fruit or fresh products There is no kettle or cutlery in the rooms not even any cups to drink water although a small fridge is included

I cancelled my stay on time, but money was taken from my account and still is not returned. Dimora Annulina doesn't reply to e-mails! When I called there was Italian speaking person only. *********** is not helpful they direct me to contact with Dimora Annulina.

B&b sito in posizione strategica molto comoda in quanto vicino alla stazione centrale e alla fermata dei pullman vicinissimo al centro.La struttura è strutturata su tre piani di un antica palazzina,la reception si trova al terzo piano come così la sala colazione.La camera assegnata la"Junior Suite"è stata di nostro gradimento molto ampia,confortevole e pulita forse l'unica pecca che ha la camera...la vicinanza della sala colazione.La colazione è classica e abbondante con cornetti caldi riscaldati al microonde; Una caratteristica della struttura è la gentilezza, la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale.B&B vivamente consigliato,personalmente ci ritornerò!

Durante un week end a Palermo siamo finiti in questo B&B .Buona la posizione :vicino a stazione centrale e con un discreto prezzo . La struttura e' al primo e secondo piano di una palazzina .La reception invece si trova al terzo .Camere abbastanza ampie ma sufficienti. .Bagno da dimenticare :asse wc e doccino rotti (comunicato alla reception ma per 4 gg mai visto nessuno ),tendina doccia anti igienica e allagamento quotidiano .Odori maleodoranti e rumori assordanti durante la notte . Sala colazioni :da incubo ! 6 tazze per il caffe tutte diverse ,tutte vecchie e usate ,tortine del discount,Orzoro aperto chissa 'da quanti anni .Inoltre ci sono 4 tavolini in croce e non c'era posto sufficiente per tutti .Alla fine facevamo colazione in un bar a 200Mt . Sconsiglio vivamente

Pernottato nella struttura per una sola notte. B&B al quale siamo arrivati perché dirottati da un altro B&B in difficoltà con la nostra prenotazione su booking. Il B&B Donna Annulina viste le recensioni non lo avremmo mai considerato. Struttura che di positivo ha solo la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e la cortesia del signor Franco. Per il resto pecca di pulizia e emerge trascuratezza. Colazione appena sufficente.

Siamo stati in vacanza a Palermo in questa struttura, ci sono molte cose da migliorare: la pulizia sicuramente come prima cosa, la cura degli ambienti, la colazione con prodotti del discount, odore sgradevole dappertutto, in una delle camere il climatizzatore a dir poco rumoroso, rapporto qualità prezzo discreto, una nota positiva è la comodità, la struttura è situata al centro di Palermo.

Bed & Breakfast posto in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro storico. Sufficiente facilità di parcheggio si strade pubbliche. Buon servizio di accoglienza ma dovrebbe migliorare molto sia nella manutenzione delle camere sia nella pulizia delle stesse

B & B carino e comodo in quanto situato vicino la stazione centrale. Il centro è un po’ lontano ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Accoglienza ottima ..il signor Franco molto gentile e disponibile . Pulizia discreta.
