Was told I had to pay $150 deposit but on the receipt it shows $100 either way it was supposed to be a king suite with a jacuzzi bathtub and I was given a clean room upon checking in when I asked him about the suite they gave me a king suite but told me that a Jacuzzi bathtub was not available only in the presidential suite!? :/

I've been staying here for a long time, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The sink is separated from the bathroom, and there are quite a lot of sockets in the room. There is a microwave and fridge to heat up food. There is an airport shuttle bus that can be picked up for free.

Hotel near the airport, restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Hotel is past its prime. Worn out and above all very noisy. TV didn't work, only a trickle came out of the tap.

Nothing fancy. Breakfast was good. Convenient location for spring training baseball games. Restaurants and stores are close. Bring earplugs for sleeping, air conditioner and dehumidifier are loud

I was not comfortable checking in on a kiosk. I did not feel safe with people lingering around inside and outside the building and not seeing any staff on premises upon checking in at 9pm. The room was noisy until late at night with other people staying there.
I unplugged the humidifier in the middle of the night due to the beeping noise it was making.

the poor gentleman in India did his best - courteous and efficient. but how dare BW be so cheap and so rude as to not pay a couple of hundred dollars a night to have a LIVE clerk at the front desk. This is insulting, rude, crass. How DARE you treat your guest so poorly. I paid nearly $200 and I dont even get a modicum of SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY (remember the name of your industry? HOSPITALITY) upon arrival. Shame on you and your greedy shareholders!

Room was dirty, smelling like mold, humidifier in room, bathroom was dirty, rust stains on wall in shower, not a good experience at all, very disappointed on stayed, I stayed at this chain of hotels and I’m a gold member and from now on I will be thinking twice before I book into Best Western

I was charged twice for a 1day stay. The hotel was listed as close to the airport which is why I selected it. It was a $26.00 dollar cab ride to the hotel with no service to the airport.
