What to say about this place. Beautiful, friendly staff and Thomas was a Legend! The food at the restaurant was decent (except the chicken salad sorry) but Dimitrious is fantastic and the young girl was great. Ilios is a really nice guy and his young lad is a legend 🤣! Location I liked personally as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle and the hill you get used to. The shuttle bus to the harbour and to the beach is an added bonus. Seem some comments about more shuttle bus times, but I’d say plan your day better! If I was being super cheeky I’d ask for a bus back just after the beach run around 1430 as it’s hot on the walk back. But either way it’s a great service and Thomas is fantastic. We had the best room with view to the pool and across the sea. Do the rooms need an update? Maybe yes but it’s fine as it is and the cleaners are great. May have been tricky in the kitchen so maybe they could do with an upgrade for cooking and eating in. Definitely not enough power sockets. We had 3 in the whole apar**ent and one of those was for the kettle 😄. Did it stop us loving the hotel? Absolutely Not! The pool area is great and a nice mix of people and despite the number of rooms we were never short of a bed by the pool when we needed one. This is absolutely amazing place and I’d highly recommend staying here for all the above and especially as the family friendly staff are great. We will certainly be looking to go back there again soon and I don’t tend to re visit holiday destinations but this one I will for sure. The TUI Rep from England was great and helpful and the whole of Parga is an amazing place to visit. Trust me you won’t be disappointed ☀️

Fabulous hotel resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at the Alea. The owners are perfect hosts and Dimitri a perfect waiter and bar tender! The rooms are clean and comfortable with the most magnificent views. The surrounding countryside is lovely. It is a walk downhill into Parga and another walk to the beach but it was fine for us with our mobility. There is also a courtesy bus for your return journey! We enjoyed the lunch time snacks so didn’t have to go down to Parga. The pool area is fantastic one of the best we have experienced. There are very nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. A great place to stay.

Just returned from the best holiday accommodation I have experienced in Greece. Great rooms, views from our balcony. Pool area superb and bar and snacks. Leo and Katrina the owners so friendly and obliging. A special mention to Dimitris the bar attendant and Hannah the cook for breakfast and bar meals. Food really good. Would certainly go back.

We have just returned from staying at Alea resort. I would highly recommend this place. Myself and my 17 year old daughter stayed in room 112 a one bedroom apar**ent that had the most amazing view I have ever seen of mountains and Valtos cove in the distance. The balcony was huge so it was like an extra room. We spent evenings sitting on the balcony looking at the twinkly lights with Paxos in the distance. Food in the bar was great and huge portions. Sun beds always available round the pool. It was quiet with just the right amount of people. Staff friendly. I asked for extra hangers and the sofa bed to be made up and it was done instantly. The air con worked in the living area but not in the bedroom so I asked for a fan and was given one so that was great and also meant I didn't have to buy two air con units use. The shuttle bus into town and Valtos beach with Thomas was fantastic and such a bonus. Personally we could not walk it in the 35 degree heat and definitely not back up hill. It might be fine in cooler weather. Food was also reasonably priced. Myself and my 17year old loved this place and had a wonderful time. If I was going to give a couple of very minor detail suggestions it would be to fix the air con unit in the bedroom in case people needed it and that the pool could be cleaned a little more, there was a machine doing something one night but there wasn't much difference but that's all and only mentioning to make this place even more perfect. Fantastic place and memories. Thankyou Alea Resort.

We had an amazing stay at the Alea resort. The staff I cannot fault one bit. The rooms are clean and tidied every day. There is a shuttle to and from town or a taxi is 5 euro. It’s an amazing small resort away from the busy town that care about all of their guest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel . My 1st time in Greece and most definitely not my last. We really had an amazing time x Thank you all ❤️

Fabulous little hotel, grounds are bright, spotless and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast simple, but lovely. We were a little concerned about the location, but the shuttle bus to the town and beach were fantastic - Thomas is a star! Pool is a great size, but we were a little disappointed as it was very warm and a bit murky. Pool area is lovely. We’ll definitely be going back!

Lovely hotel but a little bit dated! The room we had was an apar**ent which was good in that it was big with a double bedroom, kitchen dining living room & bathroom with what I think was the one of the biggest balconies with a fantastic view of the countryside, hills & in the distance we could see Paxos & Antipaxos. I hadn't realised the A/C was extra but at 80 euros for 10 days I thought it wasn't too bad & absolutely essential with the temperatures we had. There was a lack of electricity points though with only 1 in the bedroom & 2 in the kitchen, 1 of which was over the sink - could definitely do with more especially with all of today's technology - be careful of putting bags or luggage above the built in lighting above the bed as there are no covers over them & they burnt a hole in my bag (lucky it didn't set on fire). The hotel provides a shuttle bus down to Voltos beach or Parga town but we never caught it as the timings really didn't suit us so we either walked or caught taxis which were pretty reasonable. Really would have liked to have an option to go to Anthousa but the shuttle, a small village further up the hill but this wasn't offered. Anthousa is beautiful & much quieter than Parga town which was a bit too much for us & we far preferred it for lunch or an evening meal with good traditional dishes. The walk around the castle nestled in the hillside between Parga & Voltos is well worth the effort & so is the 'train' trip from Parga Town to the Ali Pasha castle higher up in the hills as the guide is very knowledgeable & entertaining. Back to the hotel - the facilities, the food & the pool is lovely & the service from the housekeeping ladies & Demetri in the bar was exemplary although at times he really could have done with some help as it got really busy. Overall a spectacularly good holiday & would recommend to anyone!
