This is a famous design by the famous French designer Philippe Starck. His design park is inspired by traditional African art, and a large number of abstract symbols have become the embellishment of this hotel.

This hotel is not recommended, the price/performance ratio is not high, the environment is not good, it is very messy, the corridor has a strange smell, and it is a bit scary to sleep at night, understand people, there are voices

The room is tiny an I felt claustrophobic. The light switches were extremely complicated and it took several tries to figure them out. I booked through American Express and it was my anniversary and was hoping for an upgrade instead I was told there were no upgrades other than the suite which was not in the program. When we ordered room service for breakfast, there was no room to even put the tray and we had to move things around. I ended up standing to eat my breakfast. The shower had a seal broken because the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor even when the shower door was closed. For the amount of money that I was charged I expected more. I am disappointed as this experience ruined my stay in a city I love. Save your money!

This is a wonderful homely hotel, with great staff and amenities. We loved the fact it was in a nice residential area, a short stroll for the Eiffel Tower and so cozy too. Service was great - only downside was the weird food served in the Restaurant. It had some of the most strangest concoctions which didn't match and no dietary options. The chef is trying to be too clever and not thinking of his patrons, but his own choice in food. A menu should have something for everyone. Four of us struggled to pick anything and we have wide ranging palates. All in all, a great hotel, you won't go wrong with. The rooms are fabulous and the service great. We will be back and eat at the bistro around the corner Fountaine - which was first class.

Very trendy, amazing linen and staff. Rooms are very luxurious and large, for Paris, and the view from our room on the 5th floor is amazing. Rooftop bar grows its’ own vegetables and chickens are on hand for fresh eggs. I booked through AMEX, but it’s still horrendously expensive. Be aware. I canceled one room, but they didn’t receive it. Be aware and follow up.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms, though small, are very modern and have very thoughtful touches. The location is great, a very beautiful local area to explore and enjoy; as well as easily accessible to all the main tourist sites. The pool and spa is beautiful, including the huge hot tub and a must visit during your stay. Could not recommend any other hotel in Paris more! Beautiful!

Brach Paris is a hip luxury hotel in the 16th Arr. It is in a wonderful neighborhood, away from the busyness of central Paris. We found it as a perfect place to stay to explore Paris. Just a short walk & ride on the Metro 9 line quickly got us into Paris for the Louvre, Orsay, & etc. The rooms are appointed in a hip style, the 1st floor terrace is nice for cocktails/snacks, and the restaurant on the main floor was nice for breakfast. We enjoyed the room service as well. We did struggle with the managing the temperature in the room, but that could just be because we were between seasons in Europe. Finally, we were excited to try the roof top bar because it has great views of the Eiffel Tower but were disappointed to hear that it was closed for the winter. No where was it stated when we were making our reservations that the roof top bar would be closed. We only found out at our arrival. We did not get a chance to try the spa or the pool. Overall, nice hotel to stay in when in Paris.

This lovely, Phillipe Starck designed, hotel in the 16th is set in the peace and calm of an upscale Paris neighborhood. With its spacious rooms, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, top notch design and decor and attention to detail, it is a welcome relief from the tight, stuffy Paris normal. Ubers and taxis are plenty and the walk to the nearest metro a couple of blocks, not an inconvenience, more a relief. The restaurant was great and the staff attentive and reasonably prompt. As a frequent visitor to Paris, over many decades, this is easily my favorite.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Room Was very expensive and the bed so small my feet stuck out and I am only 5’9. The concierge took forever and I had to make my own reservations ( as places they said were full). Avoid like the plague this rio off hotel.

This is a hotel in a residential area of Paris about half an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is a good part of town to find grocers open late and banks with ATM's (surprisingly not so easy to find in Central Paris). I was only there one night so I didn't try to use the metro but I don't think there was a station very close to the hotel. Ubers were easy to get. The hotel ticks off the things you expect: my penthouse suite 600 was a beautifully decorated suite where everything was easy to use and worked well. There was a large terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There were some lemon financiers on arrival; i figured they might have put a few more treats out there considering what they charged for the room, but there was a bottle of perfume and some chocolates to take home at departure. You could walk down the hall to a stairway to reach the roof which had chickens and furniture and more rooftop views. There is a pool, large gym and restaurant. What more could you want? Well, actually it was the vibe and the people that made me give this place a review one cut below excellent. Not that people weren't friendly, but for a Western tourist from the USA, this is a place with a distinctly North African Arab feeling and few of the people here spoke English. You have these burly security guards around, the gym looks pretty tough and when you ask for stuff such as a piece of gym equipment, people don't understand what you are asking for. For instance, I asked two managers for a foam roller in the gym (and demonstrated what they were), and they said they didn't have any. Later I found a closet with 10 of them inside. In the restaurant, if you don't get up and ask for a person to take or bring your order, you might sit there a long while. I had to beg several times to get my breakfast before running out to the airport. The food was pretty good, by the way. The gym is open till 11 and the pool is open 24/7. There is a bathing suit spinner. The pool is an excellent heated lap pool and there are items such as flippers around. The elevators are a bit slow and that was bothersome. There are no real attractions nearby for a tourist to visit so this is not an ideal location for a tourist. I stayed here because i thought it would be cool to have a rooftop terrace for a night in Paris overlooking the Eiffel. I also liked having a hotel with a great health club. But I'd rather have more Western-looking tourists like myself around me at a hotel with staff that spoke English (aside from the receptionist and hotel operator), and I just didn't feel all that comfortable at this place. If you want to be in a place where you feel that you are in Paris and not in a tourist hotel, this hotel is great. But I"m not a local and don't really want to mix with them when I'm just passing through. It's really a matter of taste. The night before I was at the Cheval Blanc; I felt much more at ease there, but then again, it might put other people off as bein

A bit dark for my taste… the blackout wasn’t working properly as the door of the closet.

Very nice place. Lovely design. I usually book Le Royal Monceau, but as their prices were going to the roof, I decided to change to Brach. I have the feeling it is also designed by Philippe Stark (but I could be wrong of course) because i felt like the same vibe and stile as in Le Royal Monceau. The rooms are quite large for Paris' standards. And the design is really nice! One less point: not enough closet space. The closet is part bar, which is very cool, but the opposite side is way to small for your clothes. No drawers. I was traveling alone and just staying 3 night, and I had to leave stuff in my suitcase because lack of space. And it could have been avoided, cause the architects could have added drawers to the dressing-side, and more storage. And move the safe deposit box to the bar side, so even more space for clothes. The roof top bar was closed for bad weather unfortunately. But I had dinner on their first floor restaurant and in the main restaurant. The food was de-li-ci-ous! The main restaurant has a very lively atmosphere , young waiters in jeans and T-shirts on sneakers, loud music, but I loved it! Breakfast is à la carte. Very friendly service. The one thing that didn't really 'fit' the overall feel and design, was the gym and wellness. The entrance of sauna and steamroom and salt room are in the middle of the gym, and you might feel intimidate if you have to walk in there in your bathrobe between all the muscled men. They should redesign it: remove the hairdresser salon, and left from the salt room there is a storage room. Switch all that so you can have a separate acces for sauna and steamroom, and you don't need to go through the gym. I think the gym is also open for non-residents (not sure though) because it was quite busy all the time. Sometimes a bit too busy to be honest. But I get it, normally hotel gyms are quite empty, so by opening it up to non-residents, at least it gets used. Pool is very nice. Changing rooms at the gym: I liked the concept of having toilets in the separate shower rooms, but: the floors are almost wet from showering all the time, and if you just need the toilet, it feels very unclean to step on a wet floor. There were also a lot of towel on the ground, left on benches,.. I don't get it why people don't dispose of them correctly, but well, they don't. So the locker rooms did not look very 5 star.. But: all the rest was very, very nice! Oh, and also the scent that they use in the lobby, very cool!
