A lovely, quiet accommodation with plenty of natural light. Comes with a working fridge and a much-appreciated cappuccino maker. Nice views of the nearby Saint Francois Xavier Church - an area full of Parisian history and cuisine culture. The bedrooms had a roof window. Didn’t appear to have a curtain so every night, we had views of the night sky. The wifi was 100% reliable. TV had interesting shows covering archeology and tourism. The bathrooms were nice and simple, although had some drainage issues. The only complaint was the twirling stairs that led to our apartment from the 5th floor lift - highly dangerous to be moving heavy suitcases up and down those stairs. The stairs in the living room were pretty but hurt our feet a bit - slippers are required when using these stairs. Overall, a nice stay in a traditional French apartment. Would recommend for a week’s stay.

These apartments were really well-situated - near a lovely church, a wonderful boulangerie and the metro. The manager was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was quite small but functional and the bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the metro and bus stop, and is about a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in the apartment located on the first floor; cozy and with a small balcony with a beautiful view. In the apartment there are also washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine with pods. Some tricks: the floor shower floods the whole bathroom every time the water is turned on, so flip flops or a mat would be ideal. The wifi doesn't work very well. Overall all positive.
