It is close to a subway station and there are lot of restaurants nearby. Even a bus stop is very close to the hotel. The room was a bit small, but for the price, it was great. They also provide with a tiny kitchen with utensils.

Everything was spot on. Clean, comfy bed, good bathroom, even has cooking facilities if you need. Friendly receptionist with good English. Good location, within 1-3 metro zone so great for tourist stuff if you get an underground 1-3 pass.

Je vais dans cet appart’hotel depuis 2019 et je ne suis jamais déçue. Les logements sont propres, bien équipés (petite cuisine avec micro onde et frigo hyper pratique quand on veut manger dans la chambre). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servi dans la chambre. La propriétaire est charmante et arrangeante. Je recommande à tous!

Quartiere bello, senza pericoli e con tutto vicino: supermercato (Lidl) a 5 min a piedi, due panifici per colazione, l'age d'or dove poter mangiare. L'appartamento è piccolo per 3 adulti, ma noi siamo riusciti a gestirci bene, anche a cenare tutte le sere. Reception sempre presente e disponibile. Vicino a più metro, la 7 (tolbiac) la più vicina, in centro in 15 min in metro.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille dans cet hôtel , 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Très bon accueil et disponibilité des professionnels. Emplacement idéal dans ce quartier animé où tout se trouve à proximité. Chambres simples, propres et fonctionnelles. Adresse à garder car nous y reviendrons certainement. Nous avons logé dans les chambres 14 et 15 qui communiquent par une terrasse pas encore équipée pour le moment.
