JJoao Marcos G LThe hotel is very well located. The room is very good, the bed is very good. We ask for lunch in the room, excellent! Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular. Service and service needs to really improve. A very negative point: the hotel has no power generator, the energy ended when we were preparing for a dinner and we could not even use lifts, and that is not what we expect from a hotel at that level.

MMariaLíviaThe hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.

GGuest UserI found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning.

AAnonymous UserDue to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.
