This was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night.

Ключ от номера часто не срабатывал при открытии- при заезде ночью пришлось дважды возвращаться на ресепшн. Так как было два разных бронирования, то меня оставили в прежнем номере, хотя первое моё бронирование на сутки был стандартный одноместный номер, второе апартаменты. Оставили в стандартном. При моём раннем выезде не предоставили завтрак, хотя я просил заранее, с вечера.Завтраки не очень, нет зелени, мелко нарезанные сосиски в томатном соусе, которые я лично не употребляю-отдельно не готовят. При выезде попросил на ресепшене вызвать мне Убер, отказали, указав на стоявшие у входа в отель такси. В отель мне привезли посылку и мне необходимо было примерить вещь, также я должен был отдать человеку, привезшему посылку, пакет, вещь из которого он тоже должен примерить, его пустили в отель только за плату 120 реалов. Ночью в номере слышно работающую рядом на стройке технику, гавкают собаки. Фитнесс-зала нет. Впредь в отель не вернусь

Ar condicionado com goteira , porta do banheiro sem a maçaneta , limpeza fraca , não trocaram as toalhas e nem os lençóis da cama.

A parede do quarto estava com mofo, provavelmente devido a água do ar-condicionado que respingava na cama. E da tubulação hidrossanitária do chuveiro exalava cheiro de esgoto.
