stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. strategically located near Interlaken West station, you do not have to worry as both the train and bus are just a couple of steps away. lots of restaurants, gift shops and convenience stores nearby as well. room has the basic amenities that you will be needing during you stay - a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, clean bathroom and cool fan. breakfast spread was the same for both days of my stay, but that is okay because their croissant, sausage and scrambled eggs were delicious! will definitely come back if given the chance. shout out to Jerome for a great service at the desk.

We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Great job Jean-Louis and your fabulous team!

I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. It's a bit far from the town center, so dining and shopping require a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. If I visit Interlaken again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

Car can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal St. Georges Hotel Interlaken. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Interlaken Ost station, restaurants, and many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Really great, well-equipped, excellent service, and very complete. It has a wonderful sense of history, and the staff are fantastic. They even gave us lots of complimentary items. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel has no air conditioning, and the room felt quite cramped as soon as we entered. Although an electric fan was provided, the space still felt confined. The window could theoretically be opened, but despite multiple attempts we were unable to open it and eventually had to go down to the lobby to ask staff for help before it finally opened. There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk, so any requests or needs required us to go in person to the nearby hotel lobby to seek assistance. On the positive side, the hotel breakfast was quite good. Given Switzerland’s high prices, having such a hearty breakfast available can really save you the cost of lunch, as you’re full enough after breakfast that you might skip eating at midday. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. In particular, a German front-desk staff member was very kind and did his best to help us resolve the window issue, which is worth praising.

First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.

Stayed 2 nights. Location is fantastic! Surrounded by many shops and eateries. Short walk to Interlaken OST station or just hop on to a bus just 1 stop away. Bus stop is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Very convenient. Hotel room furnishing is very old fashion. Room a bit not clean. Pilow really flat, like a thicker floor mat. The bed is not comfortable too. Toilet bowl base is a bit disgusting. No slipper, toothbrush or shower cap etc provided. Having to leave the room key at the reception is a hassle or you carry a heavy key chain out. This hotel do provide chargeable use of washing machine and dryer.

The service is excellent - they have their own kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes, so you can cook! Plus the owners are Chinese and they offer a lot of convenience. They have three chain hotels you can stay at. Overall, I highly recommend it. Great for storing luggage too.The transportation is also very convenient! Interlaken is a small town - one day is enough to see it all. The shops offer services in multiple languages.
