Cissy.wwsA great choice for travelers on the move! The location is hard to beat, with both the train and bus stations just a short walk away. Air conditioning is a definite plus during the warmer spring and summer months, keeping the rooms cool and comfortable. Breakfast is satisfying enough to start the day, but could have more variety. Overall, a solid and convenient stay.

InFiNiTy BenZHotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again.
The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar.
Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there.
In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area.

Anonymous UserThe room was quite comfortable and well-designed. Although it wasn't large, there was plenty of space to store luggage. The outlets included USB and Type-C charging ports, so I didn't need an adapter and had no charging anxiety. The small table and chair were a nice touch, perfect for some light work.

Bella-maiyaNot bad. The staff were very enthusiastic, and there's a private balcony where you can see the snowy mountains as soon as you open it.

sportspoonWe booked a room with shared toilet but paid more to changed to a room with private toilet. The room is excellent because we got the view of the mountains everyday. Was contemplating to stay between Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West, but i was travelling with an elderly so this is the best option. Interlaken OST station is a v good transport base for most places in Switzerland. Interlaken West is convenient too but u'd need to take a short bus ride down to the main station. There's alot of buses that are relatively frequent. However as my mother cant walk far, this is the best coz it is very walkable to the train station. There is a lift to all the floors and luggage storage is available. Our included Breakfast is good (meat, cheese, bread, eggs, yoghurt, conflakes, tea, coffee, etc). There's a dinner set menu (need to pay of course) tt changes every night. The food is food and is relatively cheaper if u have the set meal of the day. Would stay here again. There's a big Coop opposite also. However if u'd like more shopping... Interlaken West has more shops but they usually close abt 7pm. There's dinner places there that closes abt 11pm. If you're thinking if where to stay, i think if u have an elderly that cant walk much, Interlaken Ost.

Sandy PoohWe stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Great job Jean-Louis and your fabulous team!

DUDHAT PARTH MAGANBHAIGreat Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. Would definitely stay again.Rating: 4.5/5 Perfect for: Couples, solo travelers, or anyone using Interlaken as a base for day trips.

Guest UserWe loved the place - staff is exceptional for sure - we hand several queries that were handled nicely and they also provided us recommendations around the town. We visited Harder Kulm which was spectacular.
The downside is that hotel doesn’t have fan or aircon in our room so on hot days it was extra hot and you can hear every whisper with open windows. The hotel also doesn’t have fridge in rooms but as long as reception was opened staff was happy to keep things in their main fridge.
Overall old chalet, super cute and highly recommend. If you are a light sleeper bring eye mask for sleep and ear plugs.
Breakfast place on pictures - there were limited choices but croissants were just an absolute perfection and nice environment with antiques.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the central train station and not far from the Zurich Canal. The hotel's facilities and hygiene are also acceptable, but the attitude of the service staff is very average.

Anonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
