We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is new, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, We also appreciated the discounts offered at several nearby restaurants, which was a thoughtful bonus. One of our favorite features was the beautiful outdoor bathroom—it was unique, spacious, and added a special touch to the overall experience. The only areas that could be improved are the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally unstable, and the natural lighting in the room. The room felt a bit dark unless both doors were opened to let in more daylight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, unique design, and fantastic location.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok! Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment. The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations. If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!

Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

It was amazing stay in Pullman Lombok! Full of nature, great local foods, and nice activities. Especially the sunset I saw when I joined the walking tour was unforgettable. If there’s a place to improve, I’d say they could announce their complimentary transportation service between the hotel and Kuta. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have had to be so worried when i noticed that there’s no public transport (even grab) in Kuta. But anyways, overall it was a great experience to stay there and I’d definitely come back again :)

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

This is a budget-friendly accommodation in the city center, making it convenient for travel. There are many shops within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are good, and I would recommend it to anyone staying here; they won't be disappointed. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited.

The hotel has a beautiful and well-designed area and a very successful location - in the heart of the city, a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. It is noticeable that the hotel is in the process of restoring rooms. Our room looked a little tired but was clean at the same time. From the downsides - the room felt a scent, I would like the rooms to be more ventilated. In general, the hotel has left a positive impression, especially due to location and territory.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.

Very close to Kuta Beach, just a few minutes walk. The room is very average, with a door inside, which is weird. The breakfast environment is very good, you can see the sea. The breakfast is self-service, with quite a few varieties, and the taste is very Indonesian, which is not accustomed to it
