LLeeJaehakI like the facilities very much because they are clean and spacious. Basically, there is no resident staff, so you need to check the email content well. Trip.com PIN and mail PIN are different, so I was confused, but you can use the PIN from the email.

The hotel boasts a modern and elegant design, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality ingredients, including local Parma cheese and many local desserts. The receptionist was elegant, generous, and welcoming, giving me many local travel recommendations – fantastic!

Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

GGuest User私に与えられた部屋は 受け付けから400mほど離れているビルの2階にありました。エレベーター内には1階の押しボタンしかなくて 1階から2階に行くドアには鍵がかかっていて2階に行けません。エレベーター内の記載をよく読むと 与えられたカードでタッチするとエレベーターは2階に上がるようになっていました。確かにそう言うエレベーターはありますね。受け付けで その事を言われたのかもしれませんが 理解していなくて しばらく困りました。部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫もありましたが 電気湯沸かし器はなかったです。コーヒーを入れる熱湯は 流しで熱い湯を出して それを飲みなさいと言うことでしょうか？ ホテルはパルマの中心に位置して パルマの大聖堂も美術館も期待以上で良かったです。

GGuest UserThe train station is about a 5-minute walk away. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful, and Parmesan cheese was provided for breakfast. The room was close to the road, and the windows were not very soundproof. The facilities were a bit basic.

LLUISTRUEOld building, the room is not much better, the main hotel is very good, just in the downtown business district, not 10 minutes walk from Palma Central Station. The hotel's service staff are all elderly people, there is no passion, stayed for three days, breakfast is unchanged, of course, eating is not a problem!

GGuest UserDon't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet.
The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time.
No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough (
All in all, a good apartment stays there.
