I like the facilities very much because they are clean and spacious. Basically, there is no resident staff, so you need to check the email content well. Trip.com PIN and mail PIN are different, so I was confused, but you can use the PIN from the email.

Guest UserGreat location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.

Location is out of nowhere. closes Pizzaria is 20-30 min walking distance.
Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok although they were always same every day for a week. to be fair I did not see many people stay for long.
Special thank to Elvis, who always greed guest with warm welcome smile. really make my day :).

Guest UserSplendid Hotel designed by architect Pietro Zanlari. The building is an old agricultural structure transformed into a hotel. The architect's superb intervention is notable. Spacious and functional rooms. Not so much the quantity but the quality of the products on the breakfast buffet could be improved, but overall I recommend it. The presence of rabbits and a cute gilt in the garden is nice

The hotel is very beautiful and enjoys a very invidiable location just a step from the centre of Parma.
A tip, the room boiler is always a plus and a good breakfast and should provide some additional products for diabetic people.
For the rest, a great experience in a beautiful structure, with a price-quality ratio without parity

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 20 лет. Если приезжаешь на машине - супер удобно - большая парковка, чистый воздух, Парма рядом, автострада тоже. Отель супер чистый, хоть уже не совсем молодой. Вечером можно поужинать обычной итальянской едой. Завтрак по утрам достаточно богатый, лучше, чем обычно в Италии. За свои деньги (около 100 евро, иногда меньше) очень хорошо.

Guest UserDon't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet.
The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time.
No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough (
All in all, a good apartment stays there.
