MM36208****An absolutely fantastic experience, especially with the heavy snowfall in Hokkaido 🌨️. The snow scenery was incredibly beautiful, and we even got to ride snowmobiles. The hotel offered really thoughtful service; they helped us arrange a taxi because of the snow, which we truly appreciated 🙏.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the place is clean, and the owners are truly kind-hearted ❤️❤️. On my arrival yesterday morning, I stored my luggage there first. When I asked about the bus to the hot spring street, since it would take too long, the owner kindly drove me there himself. This morning, in my rush to catch the bus to the next city, I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten my iPad. The owner actually chased down the bus and returned it to me. I’m just so grateful!!!
このホテルは本当におすすめです！雰囲気はとても温かく、清潔で、オーナーは本当に親切です❤️❤️。昨日の朝、到着後に荷物を預け、その後温泉街行きのバスについて尋ねたところ、バスの到着が遅れるとのことでした。すると、オーナーがわざわざ車で温泉街まで送ってくださいました。今朝、次の都市に向かうため急いでバスに乗った際、iPadを忘れてしまったことに気づかなかったのですが、オーナーがバスを追いかけて、わざわざ届けてくれました。本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです！！

GGuest UserThis is an older hotel right on Lake Toya, with a great location and a grand lobby built in the 1960s. The restaurant and rooms also boast unbeatable lake views. Soaking in the open-air onsen while it snows, watching the lake and mountains through the snowflakes and mist, made for a truly serene and relaxing experience. That night, there was also a Lake Toya fireworks festival, with music perfectly synchronized to the fireworks – it felt surreal and incredibly beautiful. The half-board option offers excellent value for money. Just a heads up: the rooms are a bit older, but it's a minor detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience.

DDavid EdTerrific stay, made easier because of the English speaking staff. We went to the (almost local) ski resort while we were here, which is about 50 minutes away. No complaints about this place, and today, as we're leaving, it's a glorious day that would have been nice to explore the lake area (it was a bit blizzardy for the last 2 days). Back to sapparo now on a bus which takes a couple of hours. Sol is recommended. Here's the onsen password in case you forget (men).
