El lugar es perfecto para vacaciones. La comida es muy buena, las bebidas me encantaron, y la pesca del día es muy sabrosa, eso sí, hay que hacer fila desde temprano para alcanzar lugar. Ofrecen eventos nocturnos, shows, y me encantó el paseo en bicicleta por la reserva natural Vicente Guerrero. Personal amable, alberca limpia y gimnasio muy completo.

We loved the stay! Something that is incredible is that they have a la carte restaurants and everything is delicious ♥️♥️🥰

I loved all the events, the performances and especially the treatment in the kids center, the two girls who take care of the children, Yessi and the other girl, are great and very reliable.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and the hotel is nothing about business and all about fun, meaning very very loud obnoxious music when one needs to work on the phone and concentrate on work. Had this been a pleasure trip, I would have rated this better but if you are in Ixtapa on business and read this, do not stay here as not only will you find it hard to work but the non-stop party atmosphere is anticlimactic. Cleanliness?? Hmmm so so… Again, if I were on holiday, maybe I would let pass things that I expect them to work when I am working. The area is just so beautiful all around that it helps the hotel to manage along.
