Gościni :)The hotel is literally two steps from the train station, making it a great base for exploring the city. It was incredibly quiet – I couldn't hear a sound from outside the room, even though my window faced the railway tracks. The water dispenser on each floor is a brilliant idea – it was a lifesaver in the heat. As for negatives, and these are really nitpicks: the mattress was too soft for me and the duvet was too thick.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Being on a high floor, the breakfast restaurant on the top floor offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, making for a perfect dining experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

Guest UserI had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

I recommend this hotel. Clean, nicely decorated rooms, convenient access.
For short stays in Katowice, I recommend that you remember the proximity of the highway and any noise in the longer stays.

Very happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here

Very decent room with basic but also sufficient equipment. Surprisingly spacious room, large bathroom and comfortable shower
A kettle and a set of teas and if you like instant coffee make the evening and morning more pleasant

Lokalizacja obiektu super w samym centrum i to chyba jest jego największy atut.
Dostałem na start upgrade pokoju do większego. Myślę sobie: wow, super! Cóż z tego, kiedy umywalka w łazience przytkana a widok na Spodek, którym tak chwali się hotel, niestety nie dla mnie, bo pokój akurat od strony północnej, z widokiem na plac, ciężarówki i blokowisko. No szkoda.
Uwaga! Hotel nie zapewnia śniadań, bo restauracja jest wyłączona z użytku. Tak, jakby czekał na jakiś większy, generalny remont, który jakoś ciągle nie może nadejść... no cóż, poczekamy, zobaczymy.
